Please check the water resource for this gated community 2. How they are managing the waste water management system 3. Are they have recycling water treatment plant since chennai is always a water scarcity place. Building huge tower like buildings is not a big deal but water management has to be checked on top priority. Good video, I went and checked before this video, I would say 50-50chance for me personally, the reason is No utility area, No dedication provisions for dishwasher, washing machine and no well water system implemented, no water treated system, solar system as these areas are prone for water scarcity during summer, deeply flooded during monsoon season and power scarcity, in that case even if we have a in-house battery won’t be sufficient as my friend is staying in near to TCS flats and she faced all these for the last 6 years , like Vasanth said it’s individual people opinion and it differs Otherwise I liked the space and construction part. If they have utility facilities, solar system then I would definitely consider I watching closely your channel as it’s gives good information Thanks to you

I recently looked at this upcoming project and am already visualising my life there! The sample flats, while not yet finished, gave me an idea of the natural splendour and luxury that awaited us. I can't wait to call it home.
I booked 1 studio and 1bhk both together on october 2023. Due to some medical emergency i cancelled on the same month end. I paid 2L for each flat. After i cancelled no one responded. I called and emailed multiple times but no reply from their side. Finally i got email on jan month where flat is booked after 3 months and they considered my cancellation accepted on the same month. I received booking advance for one of the flat on march month after deduction of 20%. But still I didnt received the booking advance for 1bhk flat. So conclusion is if you are planning to buy pay minimum amt. So you will get the refund fully incase of cancellation. May or maynot cancellation refund will be delayed more than 5 months. *I’m just sharing my experience with urban rise.
Why did you think of cancelling? Any particular reason? Did you visit the site? If Yes - what were the negatives/issues with this property? How much will be final price for 1bhk? Pls answer if you have info - will be v helpful. Thanks!
