To the guys who don't like the video, and who left angry comments, thank you for your engagement, page views, and shares, this video is going viral thanks to you and my daily subs are at record highs, I truly appreciate your help. With that said, if a random RUclips video is able to trigger you to the point of rage and using your valuable time to write angry comments, maybe consider that your state control and time management is not where it could be.
Also, consider the idea that maybe you clicked on and watched the video because you knew it applied to you, even if subconsciously. And maybe, the reason you're angry is because the message hits close to home, and it's the same message you heard from your mom, and your teachers, and your ex girlfriends. And maybe they were right. And maybe you're in pain, and you use drugs to try and cope with that pain, but the drugs only make it worse, and you know it's a problem, but you can't face it, and so your response is denial, rage and shooting the messengers.
If you want help with quitting, feel free to check out my article here revolutionarylifestyledesign.com/how-to-quit-anything/. If you want help with depression, state control, mindset and moving forward, feel free to check out the mind section of my website here: on moving forward, feel free to check out the mind section on my website revolutionarylifestyledesign.com/mind.
To the guys who found this video useful, and have been able to use my experience and insight on the subject to level up. If I was able in any small way to help you beat a drug addiction, I'm really happy I was able to help, and I really appreciate all your comments and support.
Either way you want to take it, this video like all my content, is just my advice and opinion, which you guys are free to take or leave.

Thanks for the video very informative and helpful.. For me I do it for Social acceptance, everyone within my circle smokes weed. When I don’t do it I feel alone, if I’m not doing it I’m usually by myself. I’m dealing with anxiety and depression, idk if that’s in spite of the damage the weed has done to my brain or the fact that I’m taking a break from it. And it’s hard because I literally don’t know anyone that doesn’t smoke it. What you say about it killing your motivation and slowing you down is very true. I’m 23 now and had plans to finish school and get my degree while running a consulting business. That fell apart so now I’m having to basically start over my business and finish school. I still have that urge because none of my “friends” have the same goal as me and so most of my days are spent by myself. Idk what to do because I wanna be accepted but at da same time I know weed and certain ppl are slowing me down. I’d like to hear your thoughts.. also isn’t there successful ppl who admit to being very functional while smoking weed? I think of Joe Rogan, Bill Maher, Michael Phelps etc.. ?

Those guys are the exception, I also covered who I think can be an exception (but most people didn't watch the whole video). If you can keep it to once a week or twice at most on Friday/Saturday night after you handled your business, you're good, if not, you need to quit.

If you smoke weed in the morning, say goodbye to your productivity for the day. Weed should only be used at the end of the day when all responsibilities are finished. Too many people let weed become their happiness and it will leave you with nothing in the end if you do that.

Ive started to look at weed as a reward.... Nothing like a good smoke after a killer gym workout or a long day of getting schoolwork done. I have a no weed before 9pm policy that i abide by now..... When used responsibly its fine but when you start waking and baking like I was then it needs to be corrected.

But when life gets REAL....when job openings demand urine samples etc.....when bills kick in heavy...when children are dependant on us....It goes from self rewarding...too just plain selfish.

I smoked right before watching this video and I can honestly say it started shifting some gears in my head. I used to smoke occasionally but it snowballed into daily wake and bakes which has killed my productivity & drained my bank account over the last 2 years (about $11k CAD). This video made me do a lot of self reflecting, I think it's finally time to change.

It depends on the person. I graduated with a 4 year STEM degree from university while also working a part time job and running a small online business being a daily smoker. I live in a legal state so there aren't many legal or social consequences. To each his own as long as you can get shit done.

I smoked weed daily/every few hours for about 10 years straight, and strictly dabs within the past year to be "cleaner." I quit 2 months ago and it was the best decision I've made, for many reasons. The final straw was when I had a blood test and was notified that my thyroid was functioning poorly, and my entire autoimmune system was starting to suffer. Well, it stayed there, and I had no idea what it was. Low thyroid function causes problems like anxiety, depression, hair loss, weight gain, inflammation, you name it, and I didn't want to be on a prescription medication for the rest of my life. I stopped weed for a month and everything returned to normal, and it was only after that I found studies linking low thyroid function among weed smokers to THC. I didn't even notice the damage I was doing myself until my doctor became involved. It's easy to miss the harm being done without an outside perspective, especially because the damage is done slowly overtime.

I can totally relate.I got fat, junky, lost money and failed out of school. Weed definitely was something that was in my way of true happiness and success. The only way I was able to stop was when I detoxed my body for 2 weeks prayed for healing from the burden of weed... then when I was offered weed I DID smoke it again.. But had a really serious allergic reaction to it and broke out in really bad hives felt like fire of hell in my body and had to go to the ER. Since then I hate it and won't even touch it. Love this video and keep up all the positive work. I can tell you are so over Weed and will get plenty of Blessings!

weed is my greatest challenge I've ever faced in life. I remembered it was the best thing; helped with being self aware and open minded. I'm starting to think that was just me going to experiences in my life that molded me as the person I've became and the person I will be in the future. I have finally decided to put down the weed; this time its for good im tired of having my life depicted by this leaf. Im tired of having my judgement clouded by this. Ive always knew it was because of Mary Jane. I just couldnt stop cause i was always around it. since me and my friends had made a pac to stop im never going back but i cant speak for my friends. i already see this glooming cloud around them that says they wont receive the same fate as me. That they are not gonna change at least not anytime soon. I guess I value more of what my life should be or am self- aware of whats going on. Only time will tell if I've truly can resist this temptation I burden so much. Kinda just venting cause nobody understands / just dont see it as i do.

Weed can put you in a state of depression. It will also make you lose focus on what’s important ,most people don’t smoke the weed they let the weed smoke them.It is a drug and you can be addicted I been there done that.Make sure all your responsibilities are handled before you think about putting a blunt to your mouth

Hey man, i dont know who are or where you're from but this video is awesome. The whole world is in controversy whether Ghanja is harmful or not. Im from 🇪🇹Ethiopia im 25 yrs of age and have sold for a while and been smoking weed for over 7 years now. A lot have changed since i started smoking weed and have been fooling around ever since. Since i started getting high i quit cigarette cuz i thought it was nasty and harmful, cigarette addiction didn't bother me that much. I used to think that weed was harmless despite the post-smoke effects but through experience i've learned that it slowly kills a person without him knowing. Its not addictive but it highly makes the individual dependent on the substance. kills your motivation. The media have made it unclear why weed is hated among society and entertainers nowadays put it on screen to enhance their media coverage and poisoning the youth. Somebody had to expose it and my friend you have made your point. I liked the way you put out all the things you've said and its all true and real. You should make this vid go viral and save the generation. I would also like if there was a conference video for victims of marijuana to share their stories cuz we'd learn a lot from eachother

I'm 12 years old and have PTSD and was emotionally, physically, and verbally abused and when I was abused I was 3 years old. It was my step dad named Tim and when it was my birthday and I turned 4 he woke me up at midnight because I lied about something (I don't remember lying but I might've I was only 3) and took me out by a barrel with fire like the thing you see homeless people standing around in like gta and made me go open my present one at a time and play with them for like 10 seconds and then he made me throw everything into the fire. Not trying to make u feel bad for me I don't like when people do that... But because of that and instances such as not eating a soggy sandwich and having my face smashed into the wall and having to sleep in a wooden chair because of it... And the very next day he took me and my brother to daycare and said "tell them you fell down the stairs" we got out and he drove away... They asked what happened and I told them I fell down the stairs because I was scared of him but they didn't believe me and called the cops. Anyway I get to smoke medical weed with my mom who also was abused and has been raped twice... Medical marijuana keeps us sane and when we don't have I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep. Point is without it and 5 different pills I have suicidal thoughts.

Hey young brother, you have a tragic story and I really feel for you, with that said I don't believe weed is the way, especially at your age, and I don't think that it's legal for you that young even medicinally. Both you and your mom need professional help, I hope you can find a counsellor that will help you for free. I also hope you take the time to watch my other videos (the age appropriate ones) videos on how to be happier and how to live better and getting your mind as strong as you can, it will be hard but you can do it if you commit, even at your age, be strong for you and your mom and stay strong, you're young enough that you still have your whole life ahead of you, and if you can get the strength you can create incredible change for yourself and your mom, God bless young brother.

Today will be my second day without weed after 5 years of nonstop smoking. The first day sucked, I was so fucking bored and depressed and my video games felt so boring. When I woke up this morning and got in the shower, I was amazed at how clear-headed and energized I felt. I felt like I could actually go outside and do something productive, not sit in my room and play video games all day. I think I'm going to sign up for a gym membership now and start doing a lot of running. Its time for a big change in my life, and I encourage everyone else watching this to consider if weed is really worth it or if its just a detriment to your life. If you're going to keep smoking, I highly recommend refraining from smoking until the end of the day, or to smoke only to reward yourself for a day of hard work. Don't let it control your life.

For anyone who smokes weed responsibly and has not had it adversely effect their lives, I understand how crazy it might sound for someone to say there is a link between marijuana and extreme mental illness. Thank you for this video. I am 22, and have been smoking ritualistically since I was 12 years old. My fiance and I had a serious discussion, and I realized that I spent an entire decade of my life high. It was a huge wake up call. We smashed all of our bongs and pipes, and threw away all paraphenalia. I woke up the next day feeling free. I know the tendency is to think that its no big deal, smoking pot is passed off as something that people just do, and I see so many young people, some of whom ive been close to, waste all their time, money, energy, and thought on smoking weed. Its always debated, and people pass it off as a no big deal thing, but marijuana IS addictive. People try so hard to defend their addiction to it. But if you're like me, and if you feel guilty smoking, and wonder why you get high all the time, and think that you can be doing so much more if you didnt, GIVE IT UP! Please, it will be the greatest thing you've ever done.

I’ve lost a very important opportunity because of weed today. I easily could’ve stopped and slowed myself down. But this feeling of devastation, disappointment and embarrassment towards myself is beyond overwhelming. More overwhelming than my entire time frame of smoking. If you can stop, please do. Don’t ever think that you can’t get caught or nail the job you desired. I’m so freaking destroyed now....

Moderation is key. Weed isn’t the problem because weed isn’t technically “good” or “bad”. It’s the impulsivity of the user. Plenty of people are highly functional and also smoke weed in moderation without it having a negative impact on their life, including myself.
However I do understand and agree with what this guy is saying, as I used to be a pothead myself as a young teen and it definitely has its consequences and took a quite a toll on my mental health. I’m lucky I can still enjoy it in moderation, but weed is definitely not for everyone.

I commend you for addressing this, many people are in denial. The #1 thing I always do is ask clients how much do you spend on your substance of choice per week, month, year? That alone made me stop drinking so much. Alcohol puts you out the same way. Even if you don't have a habit, it slows you down financially and physically the next day after recovering. Plus the calories in alcohol, the appetite increase in weed. Cost for legal fees, going on vacation... you addressed all the right reasons.
On another note I have a question. Every time I watch your video I keep seeing ads about being an affiliate. My website does not have links to amazon, Walmart or other advertisers. The ad before your video the guy claims he earned over 100K in 45 days in affiliate click ads. Do you recommend it or is it a waste of time?

I'm a medical cannabis user. Not only do I have a limit of how much I'm allowed to consume a month, but I'm being taught to do it responsibly almost every step of the way. I almost never smoke weed during the day or before 4-5pm. Not because I can't, there are strains that are available to me with no THC or very little, but high on CBD; which means I can function, but still give some of my symptoms relief. However, I'm not there yet in treatment and the strains I do right now are for night time use(very potent), which means if I smoked them during the day I'd be in a similar state you were in...not as productive. I'm no longer depressed and I'm earning more money every year than I have ever before, even if you include the cost of Cannabis(which is high). Cannabis saved my life and gave me reasons to keep living it, when I saw no hope. Cannabis has completely cured some of my phobias permanently and my PTSD symptoms are finally being managed properly. *Just the fact that I can sleep without having nightmares has improved my overall quality of life DRAMATICALLY.*
I however agree with you on one point. People below the age of 25 shouldn't smoke cannabis; simply because their brains haven't finished developing.

I understand what you are saying but that’s not always the case. There are cases where people do just waste their time doing it but there are also responsible stoners who can control themselves. Your argument can also be applied with alcohol if you drink a lot very often then it can fuck you up but a couple drinks at the end of the day or to relax or hang out then it’s not really a problem.

Bro, its been a month and life is amazing. Dreams came back insanely and vividly which can be either good or bad. I'm sharper than ever with a combo of intermittent fasting, cold showers, meditation, no weed and sexual release only once a week. Trust me weed is retarded, tasks I used to think were difficult that took up the whole day take only 2-3 hours now. I don't fuck around with my time as much which is good. Although I started vaping because I needed to blow some type of smoke lol, but that is still limited relative to how much others vape. My relationships are a lot stronger because I put effort into them now.

Yeah I agree that weed in moderation at the end of the day for once a week, once every 2 weeks, or once a month is okay if you don't go off the rails with it. I find it is really helpful for checking in and if anything in my subconscious mind is bothering me then I'll process and solve it. And it is fun...an 1/8th lasts me about half a year. I went without weed for the past 2 years when I was in Asia (other than smoking it socially if offered at a party a couple times). The key is moderation and doing it responsibly. I have discipline to eat healthy even when high. Sounds like you really overdid it in college lol...but maybe that rock bottom was exactly what you needed to get in gear.

If and ONLY IF what you say is true, then kudos to you (and I mean it). But very very very few stoners would admit that the majority waste endless days away as they constantly deal with the "overdosing" which really just means that you smoke more than necessary and now the person becomes unproductive and wastes entire days just lazy as crap.

Goals must be bigger than drugs!
Im currently 18 and i have decided to quit daily use, i used to enjoy weed when i would take it every 3weeks or so but then i got caught up in the rastafari way of life and long story short started smoking everyday, the only productive thing i did was workout but the rest of the day i would do nothing significant and always hate the person i was and be insecure..
I am deciding to quit smoking weed, but edibles still have a place in my life but i will focus on advancing my life more and as a reward for hard work i will get stoned as fuck, its only fair in my mind, plus i feel edibles are a more natural way to induce cannabis and because its a slower climb its very fun, and i say it from experience because i had very satisfying times back then when i would do it ocassionaly. But i've really learned what weed is for me over the years and i believe if i treat it with the respect i used to treat it with it could do me wonders!
