    Disclaimer : I am NOT an athlete. BUT I still think WHOOP can work for me and you. Have you tried WHOOP?

    I looked at the MTB app, Thanks for the heads-up will pass on that,
    Is this the placebo effect with the whoop you want to better yourself without realising it.

      I think it’s more a step counter on steroids. I don’t own an Apple Watch but I think it’s similar rings. You’re monitoring more than your steps so push ups and squats count. They wouldn’t with simple step counting.
      The fact you can plan workouts, record and measure your effort too is great.
      If I do the same exercises / workout multiple times it will compare them ( I think) - haven’t quite figured that out yet

    Just curious if u work a night shift like I do, will this tell me to go to bed earlier?

      I think it would yes. You can set your sleep routine in the app to whatever bed / wake time you like.
