Using the “strength trainer” and inputting my custom workouts instead of just starting a weight lifting activity has got my strain going to 13 in just one 45 minute gym session instead of 4-5 strain score !!!!

WHOOP needs to invite you to their events, you are for sure their number 1 fan ha! Guess I'm buying a WHOOP band now, the annual fee is extremely affordable. Love the way this was filmed the different angles keeps people's attention. Be great if you did a follow-up to this in a few weeks just showing how you use WHOOP just taking us through your stats in 24 hours maybe a "Spend the day with me Vlog - 24 hours wearing my WHOOP" something like that - see ya next week x

This is honestly so kind! I really do love my whoop data but it is really more for sleep metrics that I love it most, I’d say the whoop gives more valuable data compared to the Apple Watch for sure!
i think you might be wrong about hrv, from my understanding its the difference in between a large dataset of beats, eg i may have a rhr of 60 by getting bpm between 59-61, while you may have it by getting bpm between 57-63, so hrv outlines that difference that rhr doesnt. correct me if im wrong tho 🤷♂️
also another little thing, at 1:37 you say “instead of me tryna butcher it” where you should have said “tryna not butcher it” or “tryna get it right” as butchering is where u get it wrong, you wouldnt be trying to get it wrong, if you get what i mean. regardless, this is a great video and you deserve a lot more than you have. these are just little things i picked up that i think you might want to know 🙌
Ok. All good, but is there option for it to be not on my hand ? I work long hours in the kitchen and I keep my hands clear till the elbows… just interesting to know.
Yeah they have arm bands, even underwear versions. I use the armbands when I’m operating and in theatre at work as my elbows down need to be bare for sterility!
