Also, I'm going to look into getting a Whoop as a direct result of this episode. I'm fascinated with the relationship between mental and physical health. I think this product could be really helpful for me to make my relationship with health more effective and sustainable.

Really good conversation that encouraged me to buy Whoop. Product has been nice so far but their support is the worse experience I've ever had. Non responsive, struggling to provide simple information like what's the return or replacement cost. It's been almost two weeks and I still have not been able to get a response to my questions. Chat only available to new customers. Once item sold - they stop caring about you. Considering this, I'd recommend going with Garmin or Apple rather than Whoop.
