Key Takeaways: In this video, I learned the concepts of anthropology, sociology, and political science, as well as their corresponding goals and fields. Anthropology is derived from the Latin word "anthropologia," which means "study of humanity." Anthropology is defined as the study of human beings and their ancestors across time and space in relation to physical characteristics, environmental conditions, social relationships, and culture. Franz Boas is considered as the father of modern anthropology. Anthropologists employ ethnography, which is a long-term participant observation research method. Anthropology is divided into four fields: biological or physical anthropology, cultural anthropology, linguistics or anthropological linguistics, and archaeology. The goals of anthropology are to observe what people have in common, to discover what makes people different from one another, and to create new knowledge through studies of humankind and behavior. Sociology is the study of society, social interaction patterns, social life, social change, and the social causes and consequences of human behavior. Sociology is derived from the French words "sociologie" (companion) and "ology" (study of). Sociology is divided into four fields: social organization, social psychology, applied sociology, and human ecology. Sociology's goals are to study the nature of humanity and to appreciate society. The systematic study of government, politics, and political power is known as political science. Political theory, political philosophy and ideologies, public management, human rights, international relations, and foreign policies are all covered in political science. The goals of political science are to make people better citizens, to maintain social order and harmony among various groups of people, to protect an individual's rights, and, finally, to avoid conflict and promote cooperation. Lessons I have Learned/ I want to remember 1. Anthropology as a subject is very important, its goal is to seek answers about man’s existence and his social experiences. It provides insights into strange aspects of past or even present societies which historians and sociologists find difficult to comprehend and explain. • On how people change the old living to become new. Past cultures and traditions that has a significant role until today and on how history of humans created. I want to remember also the myths, literature, legends and human sacrifice that anthropology had and contribute to our society. 2. Sociology analyze human interaction which is essential in understanding man’s cultural make-up. It may focus its attention on all kinds of social interactions: social arts, social relationships, social organization, social structures, and social processes. • I want to remember sociology because for me it is important on how I communicate, investigate and know about social not just society but in every aspect of life. 3. Political Science is a study of politics/governments and relationship of man in the community. Its goal also is citizenship education. It requires us to understand and appreciate the duties and obligations of being a member of a society we are a part. • I want to remember political science because it has a lot of things to contribute especially in laws, elections, ideologies, states and etc. I want to appreciate the duties and obligations that our governments do for our country also to myself thats do my own part as a member of society. Good day everyone!Thayou for this clear lesson about anthropology.I've that Anthropology is the systematic study of humanity, with the goal of understanding the origins and distinctiveness of our species and the great diversity in our forms of social existence through space and time. Toward this goal, anthropologists explore such topics as evolutionary biology, linguistics, cultural studies, history, economics, and political organization, to name but a few. Anthropology’s subject matter can include that which is commonplace (like the anatomy of the foot) to that which is completely unfamiliar to most of us (like the star lore of the Australian aborigines). Its focus is both sweeping (e.g. the evolution of skin color) and intimately focused (e.g. the use-wear of pottery in the Andean highlands of Peru). The diverse areas of research may include everything from ancient Mayan hieroglyphics, to the music of African Pygmies, to the corporate culture of a U.S. car manufacturer. Although traditionally associated with the study of small-scale societies, Anthropologists today have increasingly turned their attention to the problems of complex industrial societies and the processes of globalization. Good day, thank you for sharing a clear, easy to understand, and engaging lesson. The principles of anthropology, sociology, and political science are discussed in this video. Anthropology is derived from the latin term "anthropologia," which means "study of humanity," according to what I discovered after watching this video. Its ultimate root or derivation is derived from the Greek word "anthropos," which meaning "human being." Anthropology is the study of human beings and their ancestors in connection to their physical characteristics, environment, social relationships, and culture over time and space. The father of modern anthropology is Franz Boas. He has studied historical perticularism and is an expert on human culture. Ethnography is a method of long-term participant observation utilized by anthropologists as a long-term research method. It's been used before. They've been using it for a long time to make their writings more interesting or accurate. It's worth noting that anthropology can be found in almost any location or throughout a country. The study of human origins, such as genetics, raise, evolution, fossils, and primates, is referred to as biological or physical anthropology. This is how we observed our forefathers and closest relatives. The second field is cultural anthropology, which is the study of live people, their religions, social systems, languages, clothes, food, beliefs, and customs. The third is linguistics, sometimes known as anthropological linguistics, which is the study of language, its evolution, and its relationships with other languages and societies. Last but not least, archeology is the study of the material traces of previous human life and activities, such as religion, social system, language, clothing, cuisine, beliefs, and tradition. Anthropology's goals are to observe common aspects of individuals, such as traditions, language, and so on. To find out what makes people different from one another. To expand our understanding of human behavior and culture through research. I want to add that sociology is the study of social patterns, social life, social change, and the social causes and consequences of human conduct. It is derived from the French term "sociologie," which means "company," and the Greek word "ology," which means "the study of." Aguste Comte, a French philosopher, was the first to create the concept of ut. Social organization, social psychology, applied sociology, and human sociology are some of the fields of sociology. The systematic study of government, politics, and power is known as political science. Science political theory, political philosophy and ideologies, public management, human rights, and international relations and foreign policies are some of the topics of political science. In this video lesson I've learned about the concept of anthropology, sociology and political science. Anthropology is the study of what makes us human. Anthropologists take a broad approach to understanding the many different aspects of the human experience, which we call holism. They consider the past, through archaeology, to see how human groups lived hundreds or thousands of years ago and what was important to them. Bundalian, Angelita, B. I've always known that change is inevitable, it happens all the time and that nothing permanently stays the same. We are always bound to develop ourselves. It may be through new discoveries in science and technology, personal and shared experiences. And also the urge to explore and learn more since there is no such thing as forever. People should adapt the changes as it is also necessary to remember and understand the obstacles brought by these changes. Through this module, I was able to visit places virtually and discover facts and history of certain places. I have learned and got deeper understanding about Anthropology, Sociology, and Political Science. And it broadens my knowledge by addressing the corresponding goals associated in it. Anthropology is the study of humanity that comes from the new latin word, anthropologia. It also shares its ultimate root or origin from the greek word anthropos which means human being. Learning more about the people and their culture is exactly what anthropology is. It can be observed not just in one place but everywhere. This has the goal of observing the common things among people, discover what makes people different from each other, and create new knowledge about humankind and behavior. Sociology is the study of society, social interaction patterns, social life, social change, and human behavior's causes and consequences. It is originated from the French words "sociologie" (meaning companion) and "ology" (meaning study of). Its aim was to study the nature of humanity and appreciate society. Sociology is divided into four fields: Social Organization, Social Psychology, Applied Sociology and Human Ecology. Lastly, Political Science. It is known as the systematic study of government, politics, and political power. It covers political theory, political philosophy and ideologies, public management, human rights, international relations, and foreign policies. It has a goal of making people a better citizen, to maintain social order and harmony among various groups of people. It also protects an individual’s rights and to avoid conflict and promote cooperation. Mendoza, Elle Krizia F. March 3, 2022 G12-Newton Pinamukan Integrated School
Sociology, anthropology, and political science are fields of study that focus on different views of people and how they interact with each other. Society is people. The more you know about people, the more you will be able to manage well your journey in the company of all these other people. Sociology, anthropology, and political science complement each other in showing different facets of how humans structure their societies. Sociology investigates average social behaviors of people, while political science focuses on certain areas of society like laws, policies, governments, and other such customs. anthropology provides the possibility to study every aspect of human existence. it is the window into the unknown. anthropology provides the answer to our questions about ourselves, our past, present and future. anthropology helps to connect everyone from around the globe. In this video lesson i've learned about the concepts of Anthropology, Sociology and Political Science. First, I've learned about the term Anthropology which is derived from two Greek words ‘Anthropos meaning man and ‘logos’ meaning study or science. Accordingly, anthropology means the study of man. As a science of man, it deals with man, his works, and behavior.Anthropology studies the biological and cultural development of man. Then , Sociology is the study of how society has developed, how it’s arranged, and how it functions. The social sciences are subjects concerned with how humans interact with the world, and sociology is interested in the study of society. In many ways, groups act as an individual, and sociology is concerned with how the different parts of the group interact with one another. And the last one is the concept of Political Science which is an academic discipline that deals with the study of government and political processes, institutions, and behaviors. It is a study of the complex behavior of various political actors such as the government administration, opposition, and subjects. It is the systematic study of political and government institutions and processes. Ramirez, Natashia Airah C. Grade 12-Newton (STEM) March 2, 2022 Pinamukan Integrated School

Lessons I have Learned/ I want to remember
1. Anthropology as a subject is very important, its goal is to seek answers
about man’s existence and his social experiences. It provides insights into
strange aspects of past or even present societies which historians and
sociologists find difficult to comprehend and explain.
• On how people change the old living to become new. Past cultures and traditions that has a significant role until today and on how history of humans created. I want to remember also the myths, literature, legends and human sacrifice that anthropology had and contribute to our society.
2. Sociology analyze human interaction which is
essential in understanding man’s cultural make-up. It may focus its
attention on all kinds of social interactions: social arts, social
relationships, social organization, social structures, and social processes.
• I want to remember sociology because for me it is important on how I communicate, investigate and know about social not just society but in every aspect of life.
3. Political Science is a study of politics/governments and relationship of man in the community. Its goal also is citizenship education. It requires us to understand and appreciate
the duties and obligations of being a member of a society we are a part.
• I want to remember political science because it has a lot of things to contribute especially in laws, elections, ideologies, states and etc. I want to appreciate the duties and obligations that our governments do for our country also to myself thats do my own part as a member of society.

Waow what a nice video for me as a student in SHS taganito,it help me a lot in my study specially in my subject I get more learnings in this video.I realize that ucsp subject is important.
In this video, I learned a lot about the concepts of Anthropology, Sociology, and Political Science. One of the things I've learned is that the term "anthropology" is derived from the Latin word "anthropologia," which means "the study of humanity." It is the study of humans and their ancestors across time and space in terms of physical characteristics, environmental factors, social relationships, and culture. And anthropology had three goals: observation of common things among people, discovery of what distinguishes people from one another, and creation of new knowledge through studies of humankind and behavior.

The purpose of this video, based on what I've learned, is to offer you a better understanding of how culture, human agency, society, and politics work. To overcome prejudices and develop social and cultural competence to guide their interactions with groups, communities, networks, and institutions, students should learn about human cultures, human agency, society, and politics by the end of the course, as well as recognize cultural relativism and social inclusiveness. Anthropology is the study of human beings and their ancestors in connection to their physical characteristics, environment, social relationships, and culture over time and space. I learnt more about the many beliefs, traditions, meals, and trivia of the various regions in our country while I watched this film.

In this video lesson, I learned a lot a about anthropology, sociology and political science.
•I learned that anthropology is the study of human beings and their ancestors through time and space in relation to physical character, environmental, social relation and culture. The word anthropology comes from the greek word anthropos which means human being. While, sociology is the study of society patterns of social interactions social life social change and social causes and consequences of human behavior. It was first developed by a french philosopher named Auguste conte. Some field of sociology are social psychology, social organization and human ecology. Then, political science is the systematic study of government and political power. Politics was started by the ancient greeks. Political science makes people better citizen, keep social order, protect the rights of an individual and avoid conflict.

Understanding Culture, Society, and Politics uses multidisciplinal insights from anthropology, political science, and sociology to develop student awareness of cultural, social, and political dynamics and sensitivity to cultural diversity. It provides a deeper understanding of how culture, human agency, society, and politics work. At the end of the course, students should acquire ideas about human cultures, human agency, society, and politics; recognize cultural relativism and social inclusiveness to overcome prejudices; and develop social and cultural competence to guide their interactions with groups, communities, networks, and institutions.

I’ve learned that Anthropology is a wide-range field that covers some of the above topics as well as the biology and psychology of human. Together this disciplines can depict how human societies operate individually and with each other.
Political science is the scientific study of politics. It is a social science dealing with systems of governance and power, and the analysis of political activities, political thought, political behavior, and associated constitutions and laws. Politics was started by the ancient greeks and it is being studied way back in time. I learned that Its goal is to deepen human understanding of the forms and nature of political action and to develop theoretical tools for interpreting politically meaningful phenomena.

The importance that they all get along together I mutual respect! As you are probably aware, this is definitely not the case! Until everyone resolves their differences, there will never be a chance of peace! There are those that promote hate & aggression which leads to violence & various conflicts
