My dad worked backstage at a bunch of local shows. I got to see Ronnie and Jay Cutler backstage once. I didn't really know who they were at the time, but I remember looking at Jay Cutler's calfs and just sitting there in amazement. He noticed me and said hey bud. I said hey back, and followed it up with your calfs are huge. That put a huge smile on his face and he replied with a "thanks bud". I was maybe 8 or 9 at the time. Watching videos doesn't do their size justice. You have to see it in person.

I used to listen to him all the time when I worked out in the same gym.. He would load up barbells dumbbells leg press machines and other contraptions with as much weight as he could put on them. Then he would stand back and say, in that gutteral growl of his, "lightweight baby, light weight!!" He would then proceed to slowly destroy his body.
Now I haven't seen Ronnie in years but I heard he's wheelchair-bound from all the monstrously heavy weighs he used for years. To this day I've never seen anybody use heavier weights than Ronnie Coleman.

Hear now he making a come back and getting big again. The intestinal tract gets thickened for one. Heart muscle issues. You can't shove insulin and HGH into your body in unnaturally high doses and expect to get away with it. Don't believe me? The PROBLEM is that bodybuilders are so drugged up that the intestinal area gets very thick. The judges are awarding too many points for overall mass rather than the kind of Arnold approach to perfect symmetry that SHOULD be how it's done. Relatively small waist/joints to muscles and symmetry between muscle size. Personally, I lost interest because it looks gross and is not healthy in the long run.
