    Your technique is truly fantastic; I can see the wave come up from the ground, on each throw. As always, I'm trying to work on my own shuriken technique, and your videos are most helpful- Excellent inspiration.

    For more speed its better to twists the hips , after the shoulders, or do it in a single motion?

      Hips first, then shoulder. Same as in punching. This order occurs naturally in a human body.
      The secret is to make it one fast ’explosion’. Think of doing everything in the same time, but if you later check your throw in slow mo, you should see that your hips move before shoulder.
      Don’t forget about the wrist. Keep it 100% relaxed so it can do its’ job properly and act like tip of the whip.

      @@kavxvm2028for further info check this video on how he throws no spin with chopsticks. He also tell his theory about how to throw. I loved Bruce Lee’s book. Quick hip twist. That is the main source of power. Hips get their power from the ground, from the legs.
