Absolutely beautiful and love this Arches journal!!! I've never seen anyone paint with it!!! Thanks also for the links to Amazon! This is great!!! Yes!!! I would love for you to share watercolor artist books you like!!! Your paintings are very beautiful!!! Thank you from a California Gramma ❤️
I feel you on the work and setting aside time for taking care of life to finally squeeze a bit of time for painting & drawing. I like a number of your sketchbook pieces. You pull off the mist and tree pieces so nicely... very organic. Have a great day! I hope you can find the time to fill the rest of that book up!
😃👍 That was wonderful, Jackie! 😍 I love those green and grey tones, the moodiness of the landscape and the versatility of this style! 😊Must try this ASAP. It is ideal for letting our imagination run loose on the paper! 😉 Thank you!! 🙏👏👏👏🤗 🥰😘
I watched twice. Now I'm going to slow it down and try to paint along with you.🙂 I have the same sketchbook and I will be using it to tackle this masterpiece. Thanks, Jackie, for taking the time out of your business schedule to bring us another beautiful tutorial. 💕🖌🎨X
Jackie, I looove your paintings and we’re twins in mentality. I’m also very hard on myself and recently I haven’t picked up a brush in about a week and yesterday when I started painting I had a feeling that I forgot how to paint 😂😂😂 it took me over 2 hours to get in the flow. So I feel you on that one 😊
What a rude comment!! You are not a one trick pony! I think you are quite developed and it is evident in how confidently you paint!! I would like to see the seagull flying above the wave. Truly awe-inspiring!
Hello Jackie: thank you so much for this video! May I ask how much paint and how wet or dry it needs to be, in order to “carve” out the rocks? I have tried to do it, and it just scraped the surface, I was unable to “carve”out the rocks. I was concerned I was going to ruin the paper. I truly enjoy your video’s, you explain things in a way that I can understand. Thank You So Much! Your authenticity and love of landscapes and trees is so beautiful! Tara
Thank you so much, Tara! It’s been a while since you left this comment; any new luck on the rock practice? It took me a while as well to learn it. It’s just a matter of timing the water and drying time right. I also find it helpful to load up the area you want to have rocks with a lot of thicker paint.
@@JackiePeacock Dear Jackie: thank u so much for your reply…it was worth the wait!😊❤️❤️ I am continuing to practice with rocks & am seeing some progress…your feedback is really helpful! Thank you so much! Tara xo

Thanks Penny!
I wish Arches would make a prettier sketchbook haha
Send pics on FB! Would love to see 🌲🤍
I love all your art. I tend to just watch more than paint sometimes. Ha. I can spot your work anywhere! Have a great day !
Haha I do that with other channels, too. Love it.
And wow that’s the best comment an artist can hear! Thank you!

Haha omg it’s so common. Not sure I’ll ever grow out of it. Just something you have to push through. Glad you picked up your brush!
Well done🤗🤗
Incredible!
