- Here is another what I eat in a day as a professional triathlete; all fuelling and triathlon training is included. This time it is from a day on camp in Banyoles, Spain, as I am preparing for my first race of the 2023 season. @ElisabettaCurridori also gives a little insight into how she fuels the Italian way!
Again, I want to stress every day of fuelling is different for me and this is just one day at the end of a hard three-week camp. Everyone is different and so should your fuelling!
