Dee looks fabulous still…I’ll always remember her for her iconic role in The Howling 🙏🏾🙌🏾 She is truly a gem of a woman and one of the original scream Queens 💜
Obvious facelift.
@@sweiland75that’s what Hollywood expects actors and actresses to get unfortunately. I can’t imagine the pressure, our society handles aging like it’s shameful.
She’s still a gorgeous woman in my eyes nonetheless.:)
Dee is so great. Even in the crappiest movies, and she was in a few, her acting was usually on point.
Cujo is timeless, the premise is simple and very effectively executed. 2 people, a dog, and a car, and tension so thick you could cut it with a butcher knife. Theres no part of this movie that will ever become out-dated.
Dang.. l never saw it
OR E.T.
I saw Dee at cinema wasteland in Strongsville Ohio, and she was the nicest person ever, totally made my birthday!
Oh wow I just saw her in, The Howling, such a great performance and film
Good stuff! I've always thought Dee Wallace was extremely underrated as an actress. She could work in genre, handle any role, from overprotective mothers to crazy serial killers. She's great!
Dee Wallace is a very beautiful, talented actress. I was a child when she was starting to do all of the great movies that she was in.Great work!!!! Great interview!!!💛💛💛💛
"Cujo" is on Max. I'm definitely rewatching it tonight.
Dee Wallace is a treasure! ❤Thank you for this interview
Cujo was the first VHS tape i ever rented. had to rent the player too. rented both at 7-Eleven. watched Cujo twice to get my paper route money's worth. could not afford to rent a 2nd VHS tape
Very difficult to shoot scenes with animals and impressive !! What intense podcast with Dee and you Michael !💖💙👌 Thank you again for making us live such moments ! 💙💙💙🙏
What a legend. She's in the cult classics for a reason, and it's so obviously her talent.
Dee's a treasure. I watch the Howling every October without fail.
Dee is such a wonderful talented lady😊
Legend love her in Cujo the Howling The Hills have Eyes an so on.
one of the best original scream queens . mass respect
This is so cool, I'm kind of overwhelmed.
Cujo is classic! Watched it last night on MAX
I’d be afraid to interview Dee Wallace, lest she transform into a werewolf.
I do love her movies!
Michael I love you, and your channel. Your guests, your interviews, always top notch. You having Dee Wallace on ♥♥♥♥👍YES. Thank you.
I like her in Frightner. Also I would like to see a remake of season 10, or a straight to Dvd or streaming movie of Smallville with Tom as Superman in the actual iconic Supersuit like theycdid with Teen Wolf TV movie.
One of those movies I believe Dee Wallace was robbed from receiving an Oscar nomination.
You're absolutely right!!!!💛💛💛💛She should've received a nomination and an Academy Award
I always think it’s amazing how the car siege was condensed into 45 or so tense minutes, with Dee as Donna going from attractive in her nice pink blouse to a disheveled wreck. Donna’s punishment hardly fits her crime lol. Awesome movie.
I would love to work with her on something. What a treat.
Dee Wallace is one of my favorite actresses she is in classic films and terrible movies she takes acting as a job, a job like any of us have. She is a working class citizen remember not all actors and actresses are living the dream and making millions every movie, many actors and actresses movies are just a job and so they take what they can get and they give it their best. Not all actors and actresses have the luxury to pick and choose their roles and movies. She worked hard her entire career and is still working at it today she may have 300 movie credits to her name when it is all said and done.
Her character in the book isn't the greatest most moral person to begin with so I loved that scene. Also, the book has Cujos Inner thoughts much like Jaws the book. I wish they figure a way to give an animal the inner voice realistically.
Cujo is brill, have the blu ray
I used to buy Stephen King books as soon as they were published, but I was so angry at the end of the book, "Cujo," that I tore it in two and threw it in the trash. I swore off Stephen King after that. Then for some reason I read "Pet Cemetery." Did the same thing when I finished it and never read another Stephen King book again.
I've enjoyed King books for the most part but he has a problem with the endings sometimes.
I don’t understand that reaction. Stephen King is a horror writer whose whole schtick is pulling no punches. Yeah, the death of Tadder, and Cujo’s epitaph, are heartbreaking gut punches-but that’s what makes the book work in a way some Scooby Doo schlock doesn’t.
@@brianalice - That would be fine. Except your comment says I don't have the right to my reaction just because you don't understand it.
@@FriendOfChristno he said he just doesn't understand it
My favorite movie mom is her in E.T.
always enjoyed her work in films. big props to Dee Wallace for a great career.
There was no way the movie was going to end like the book. I'm glad they didn't.
~ Caretaker
Me: I should read the book.
Dee: 4:40
Me: Nevermind.
Cujo didn't just have rabies. He was also possessed by the serial killer who killed himself in The Dead Zone.
Frank Dodd. I'm listening to the audiobook from the library
@@MrJohnnyshakes the book is so much better than the movie.
Name a more iconic duo than Stephen King and cocaine lol
@@TheMerlotLine Batman and robin
@@richardb6260 said no one ever....... 😋
I knew the casting director for this movie, she was my neighbor, very nice lady
Danny was a hit
Dee was so good in The Frighteners!!! Everything she’s in is so good ❤ it’s true every mom turns Horror sometimes
As Josh Wizard Davis said, Dee Wallace can't not be a cinematic mom.
I look up celebrity net worth and says she’s worth 500,000. If that’s true it’s crazy how many huge movies she’s been in.
we need a remake of Cujo but with a Rottweiler as Cujo
I think they going to remake cujo 2 go to going they going have a plan
who doesn't absolutely love and cherish Dee! she will always be my movie mom!
13? 13?!
I’d be like “get another”.
No 13
Dee Wallace rules.
It was sad to see her in the dish commercial from a few years ago . She couldn't get real work ?
Lesson to learn from the movie: Don't buy a Ford, especially a Pinto.
Of course the dogs were treated better. They’re supposed to be treated better.
Sycophantic interviewer.
