- After a recent mishap with my own lost Harley Davidson key fob, I searched high and low for a solution and stumbled on something I had not seen or heard to uncover my Pin # and start my 14' Street Glide. In the process of having new fobs programmed I had a great conversation with a local HD dealer tech that gave me hope for those that have run out of options with no fob and no pin # number!! Don't give up hope and DO NOT spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars to get your bike up and running!!!

I have a 2022 Road Glide Special. I lost the key fob and don’t have the pin.I tried 11111, 12345 and the last 5 digits of the vin number and none of them worked. Is there anything else you would suggest?

I have seen where a lot of people mention 31313 Also the original dealers zip code. If you are not the original owner, trying to track them down might help. If it's been changed by them, it could be anything!! Good luck to you!

2016 Dyna wide glide. No key fob when I bought the bike a couple months ago and I am locked out. Tried 12345, 31313, and the last 5 Vin number. No luck. Please help.

The 07' is a different system than this Street Glide. Do a google search about retrieving the PIN# on your specific model and year bike. If you run out of options, you should be able to replace your entire security system for between $400-$500

Sorry! That’s horrible! Worst case, you can replace the entire security system on that bike. It’s way more affordable than my SGS! Best of luck!

Vrod may be a different system but if you look through the comments you will see I have briefly explained the hack. It will require a willing HD dealer to perform it!

Hey how are you. I ran in to the aame issue bought the bike off the auction . 2016 street glide i had tried all different numbers.i tried replacing the 0's with a 1 still nothing. How is the snap hack works because they want to replace the whole module please help . Thank you

I have a 06 Sportster night it for 1500$ great deal no key fob and no pin code .Harley says the security system is obsolete ,I don't know the next step I should take help please.
I'm sorry but that is a very different system than the SGS. There is a TON of info out there on that bike though. I was able to find the pin for my 09 Night Train (similar) with a little effort and time! Good luck!

From Singapore. Lost my fob and don't know my pin. Have tried all default pins and not working. Harley dealer is asking for the change in BCM and charging me a bomb. Please enlighten me on the hack so I can let the dealers know.

Your Sportster has a different setup than the SGS. Check out Technoresearch.info They might have something that can help you otherwise, send me an email and I'll try to help!

The security system on the 04' is going to be different. There is a lot of info on the web on how to display the pin for the "older" bikes. I also own an 09' Night Train and recently looked up how to access that code and was able to with little effort. To my knowledge though, the fob can only be programmed at the dealer or using a Snap on scanner equipped with Harley software.
This is a helpful know how…. Buuuuuut we don’t know the pin for our 2019 street glide, and lost the only key. It was bought used also. We live near Cincinnati so we’ve brought the issue up to a couple of Harley locations near by and nothing. Are you able to help with insight on how to do it without and what to look for to reset?
If you look through the comments, I've briefly outlined it a few times. Unfortunately, It will be hit or miss whether or not you dealer is aware of how to do it and if they are willing to. Have you tried the common default codes?.......Hope it works out! Good luck to you!

I lost my key along with the FOB, I bought this FATBOY114 2019 from a second owner, he doesn't know the PIN. I've already tried 12345, the VIN (changing 0 for 1), 11111, 54321 and so on. I don't know what to do because Harley itself here in Brazil says that the only solution is to change the central control unit if I can't find someone with a scanner to find out the PIN. 😅
Any good advice?

It's a different system. The FB system can actually be replaced for a reasonable amount, if need be. About $400 for control unit, fobs, etc.

Hey man , I lost my keys and fob to my 2004 nighttrain . The neck is locked and security os armed, I don't know pin number or key code
04' is a completely different animal. I've seen the info on YT but don't recall the method off the top of my head. I know in the case of many models, an HD dealer can get you a new barrel key (to unlock the forks) by using the VIN # Good luck!
2010 Dyna Superglide. No FOB. No clue how to get it started. Tried pretty much everything. Gonna try the vin thing. But I'm at a loss here.
2010 is def. different. I have an 09' Night Train and yours may be the same system. My default code on the NT is 11111

You can download info from a similar bike and "reprogram" your bike with the other bikes info. (if that makes any sense). My local dealer tech told me specifically how he does it, BUT, you would need the Harley software, computer, etc. AND a second bike! I am not sure if the Snap On scanner with Harley softtware is capable of doing this. HOWEVER!!! BE WARNED!!! The feedback I've gotten since posting this video is that MOST dealers do NOT want to perform that procedure! They would rather sell you the new system, etc. which from a business standpoint, I understand. It would be best to speak to a local Harley tech, directly, and see if they can HELP you out! Good luck! The real moral of this story (video) is to make sure you have your PIN# or a spare fob BEFORE this happens to you!

That's a different system than the SGS. You have a fob and a standard key on the Sportster?

Your Duece is a very different system. If necessary, you should be able to replace your entire system, inc. fobs for a few hundred dollars!

I'm sorry, but your bike has a different security setup than the SGS. Give your local Harley Dealer a call and they may be able to help.

I saw that you can program you fob by putting fob near transmitter under the seat . Then do the reset number code . I guess when you download to bike it dose the fob too.
Interesting! I'm not aware of that. In my case, I had lost the one and only fob! I was fortunate to stumble on the fix for mine (switching zeros to ones in VIN) The download would probably program new fob as well as PIN.

@@SmittysShop he had the seat off and layed the fob next to the transmitter., look under street glide security antenna replacement. It will have a guy with his arms in the air with caption, What did I do. In bold letters.

To my knowledge, Dyna's use a different system. I would check out Harley part # 41000087G. Looks like you can replace the entire system for about $400. Let me know if that helps at all!
