-Water: 3.2kg (3200g)
-Peeled Mung Beans: 400g (1 bag)
-Dried Lotus: 100g + 1 tsp. Potassium Carbonate (Lye Water) for soaking
-Dried Jujubes: 120g OR Raisins: 140g
-Tapioca Strips: 60g
-Dried Seaweed: 15g
-Salt: 1.25 tsp. (5-6g)
-Tapioca Pearls: 35g + 70g water
-Coconut Milk: 1 big can (560g)
-Sugar: 435-450g
