I feel symptoms if I do too much exercise like walking and I will get dizzy and breathless. A few times, I felt like fainting. All this happens when I do this daily, starting only on the first couple of days. If I do more, it gets worse, and my feet get numb and swell up to my ankles. Before covid, this never happened. I was riding my bike daily and rollerblading with walking.

    Thank you for this video.
As someone whose dad ended up in the hospital twice because of long Covid, it's nice to know that we aren't alone in this struggle.
Out of my family, I was the only one to get vaccinated, and the only one who didn't end up severely sick.
I respect people's choices in whatever they wish to do, but I reached a breaking point when my dad ended up on a respirator.
It's not okay to force people to be vaccinated. It's not okay to walk around without a mask. It's not okay to dismiss people who are suffering from the after effects of a disease. It's not okay to assault doctors and medical workers.
It's simply not okay to treat other people like a virus.

physical therapy is dangerous, and actually malpractice for those suffering from Post Exertional Malaise (PEM) i.e. If you worsen 12 to 48 hours after exercise then you are risking permanent worsening from it. Those people need to 'pace' instead, with multiple rests between any chore. You need to find your base line maximum of exertion that doesn't trigger PEM and stay well below it. doing your best to avoid triggering PEM, because it is reminding the immune system to keep making the same mistake over and over again.
Avoiding PEM completely should eventually allow the immune system to reset. That could take months or even a few years. But the alternative of 'pushing through' will make you never recover

I think women are more affected at those ages due to the effects of the hormonal fluctuations during perimenopause (35 - 51 year olds on average), especially reductions in estrogen. I hypothesise that this is the same for autoimmune diseases. Estrogen plays a huge role in the female immune system. Perimenopause is a huge window of risque to AFAB's, that we're not often aware of.

So had for about 2 weeks with at home test finally negative after about 15 days. Did jogging light all days but first 2 days. Also for 14 days had a little bit of dry cough. My normal temp is 97 to 98f. Had J&J vaccine about yr ago. No booster though. Even though felt little poor for about the 14 day period never stopped jogging and this jogging i found good for mood, mind and recovery. Don’t fully agree with one speaker to do no exercise for 10 days. Everyone little different and if symptoms not severe at least walk. Much research over last 20 yrs that week long bed rest not best for basic viruses, flu, colds etc. This overall just my opinion and I’m not medical doc or medical researcher.

I have daily extreme fatigue, restricted breathing, and loss of balance with falling episodes.
Here in Phoenix, Arizona, the medical community has NOT fully embraced the reality of Long-COVID due to its political connotations.
I had both primary vaccines, which I 100% regret bring pressured by my family physician into getting.
After the second vaccine, my general health began to decline by the month until I finally contracted COVID-19 in January 2022, which progressed into Long-COVID by March 2022.

I'm unvaxed and caught long covid
It's not a joke and I hope you take it seriously, I would try avoiding getting COVID if I were you, it's not like the flu or a cold, it's far worse, I was hospitalized for a week.
while the vaccine can cause problems and long covid symptoms, so can the virus, I know a lot of unvaccinated and vaccinated friends who are suffering from long covid, I don't even feel like the same person and it's depressing.
Current estimates say that both the virus and vaccinated induced long covid can take up to 3 years to recover from.

Probably. Its the first time ever I hear that . Diabetes takes years to manifest and often its not discouvered until blood monitoring for a while. Those who have diabetes are said to catch covid more severe. So, she mixed it up

If you drink tap ,chlorinated water, you will have gut dysbiosis. Part of the confusion comes from the fact the entirety of industry is moving to synbio without public awareness. I have an 8 hr presentation explaining it if your interested.🙏

This seems like more BS. I barely wore a plastic mask and COVID messed me up during and after, and even today. I'm a 29 year old skinny male. 🤷‍♂️ I'm sure microplastics don't help, but to act like these masks would cause such a negative impact in a small amount of time is ridiculous.

I've had COVID three times and each time I've had to take time off to get better around a week or two weeks. I can't work through it. It's definitely your body trying to eliminate the virus, end of story. I think the people who are having problems have terrible immune systems. I can only surmise mine is alright, but that it still needs a lot of help to fight off the virus. I'm 40.

A huge amount of people in Africa are not vaccinated, so very unlikely.
Also long covid effects all people vaxxed and unvaxxed, I knew plenty of friends that are unvaccinated and vaccinated that have gotten long covid.
