is it really the stress and isolation due to covid or the stress and isolation and other issues due to social media and a lack of real life experiences?

Doesn't mean I rule out I ever had it, nor blindly follow advice on masks/vaccines when both have been shown to be rather lacking for breaking transmission.
I haven't been vaccinated in almost a year now, nor had any complications or spewed fearmongering nonsense.
