The blades we use are great for joints that are >8mm and will remove the mortar quickly and efficiently and they wear down square. The thinner blades are the same blade but worn down, the thinner the blade the more cutting you do 👍
The vibration from the grinders we use is minimal, so I cant see that happening, if I was to grind out extremely hard mortar for the next 10 years I would say yes though.
They are only online only but far better than the erbauer ones. We have used erbauer ones in desperation before, they do last better than some but not the va pro

To be honest it was a long time ago now but I would say around 3hrs at a guess maybe quicker
Ive seen you use thinner good quality blades too, so, do I use a good quality narrow or wide blade, whats best for quickness v hard work lol?
