    Hi community. I just wanted to share my experiences that i have had recently, and how this video saved me from an extremely dark place. Over the last three days I have had a depressive episode in which I was dealing with a lot of self-hate. This video helped pull me out and realize for the first time that I can really start to love myself. I just wanted to thank the creators of this video so much, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me take that first step towards healing.

    Thank you. This meditation helped me to release the fear, uncertainty and self doubt that was causing me great anxiety as I have just made a big career decision. I thanked those emotions for trying to protect me, and let them go. No matter what I'm dealing with, this channel always seems to have a meditation that helps ❤️

      Thank you x In times of a lot of stress these last 6 months..listening to you has helped me a lot ..however recently THE BACKGROUND MUSIC has been so dominant that sometimes I found it distracted your soothing calming voice .. and had started to spoil the much needed calm of the meditations ‘FOR ME’ .. I WAS and MEANT to comment on this and NOW I just listened to THIS recording and it was SO SOOTHING. .. as it’s YOUR VOICE SARAH ..without the LOUD ( I I started to find) background distracting music that has made THIS ...’FOR ME.’ ... SO MUCH MORE an ‘ EVEN BETTER’ experience! Thank you again x

    Everything seems so new. I’ve done it before, yet every experience is a new one, am I right? Going back to school has been surprisingly good for me. I’ve been involved and keeping up with classes. I’m everything I’ve wanted to be in a student who “does it all.” Yet, I couldn’t shake the feeling of wanting to break down crying since the first day of school. I could never pinpoint the reason why, and it seemed too complicated to figure out, so I buried it under a load of school work, house work, and extracurriculars. But today, I decided to listen to this guided meditation. I wanted to get up to move around and stretch with it, but I quickly knew and appreciated that this was something I was allowed to lay down for. This meditation helped me realize that in attempts to block out the uncomfortable feeling of discontentment and sorrow, I was only neglecting myself. I now understand why I want to cry. Because I am tired and I work so hard yet I feel like it goes unnoticed. But I’m learning that I’ll be more than satisfied if I just celebrate myself for my achievements. Big or small or whatever that means. Whenever I feel like I need some extra TLC, I’ll celebrate myself. A party 🎉 of one☝🏾 I like to say :) Also, I am tired. It’s nice to have things to do, but when they fall in to being a task, it’s not so fun anymore. I need to schedule in me time. Resting time. And I mean REAL resting time. Because it is well deserved and NEEDED. It’s not selfish. It’s self-love. It’s self-love and self-care. I love you Abibat.
