I've been depressed and anxious a lot during this pandemic, but I listened to this last night and woke up feeling like a new person today. I felt more motivated and driven to achieve my goals without self doubt or worry. I think it made a difference and I'm listening to it again tonight to fall asleep 🥰
Thank you 🙏 I need a hypnosis guiding through grief. Lost both my mother and grandmother and my dog in a short period of time, they were my closest family. Still in some kind of shock just trying to cope. I have to for my child who suffered these losses too. Feeling so lost and lonely. Need something imprinting that I can be whole and worthy of a good life anyway even though I lost those who loved me/us. Right now I just take on day at a time but it’s really hard. I just want to be happy and whole so I can give my child the best mum and life possible.
I hear you as I recently moved to a different state farther away and have had much tragedy . now just lost my wonderful pet companion Faithie💞 I'm here in the Bible Belt... yet I keep praying and thanking God he leads me to where all the compassion and support is... besides Himself

This would be so helpful. The losses for some are staggering. Not being able to be with dying loved ones has compounded the trauma of the loss experiences.
There are a few she has, healing trauma, self love and i.cant remember but healing was and remains the the primary reason I remain loyal to her. I think the repertoire she has grown and dedicated herself to have something for everyone and every reason but the healing is a sacred journey few understand. A woman who understands, offers and delivers salvation from anguish and the way forward. I am indebted to her. May we all heal and love ourselves as we so selflessly give to others
I played this last night and fell asleep 10 mins in but had a dreadful night sleep waking every 2 hours from vivid dreams. I'll try it for a few nights and see what happens. I love sarah Raymond's recordings so its probably a coincidence re the terrible night's sleep. 💞
I got into running after reading 'Aerobjcs" by Dr. Kenneth Cooper many decades ago. I had always been a Shallow Breather and that helped enormously, but due to the loss of my beloved spouse I sunk into deep Depression & neglect to the near ultimate extreme. On discovering Sara
...Apologies for accidently pre-empting my above remarks before being able to make my point, so hope this will "connect" to conclusion. I chose Sarah mostly because of her last name, "Raymond," that of my late beloved spouse. It was a wonderful decision. Sarah's soothing voice along with her wise words almost immediately lead me into complete relaxation AND the Deep Breathing that has eluded me since my self-destructive habits dis-abled me from running. Thank You, Sarah, for putting me on the right track again. I am now also back to alternating days of jogging & bike riding & exercising daily. And taking to heart the words of OPRAH: "if you are still breathing, you have a purpose. ' (or something to that effect.) It is long past time for me to find my purpose and "Get With It!!!" CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK Sara Hope my UNLISTED Link to my design work doesn't bar me but is relevant. I made a CALCULATED GAMBLE with this video and listened on Bluetooth headphones WHILST I was Dressmaking AT HOME in the hope I did not go to sleep but I truly needed guidance for my PTSD extreme stress to avoid any mistakes in my work and ONCE I got past the initial Close your eyes part I was sweet but it was difficult NOT to fall asleep and end up head first in my designer clothing. I have designed and created extremely high class retail latex clothing for the clubbing scene global (Lady Gaga style) and it's very very intricate work as it's all glued with the seams and I get beyond stressed at the gluing stage so this morning I listened to THIS video right thru the process of gluing a skirt and was absolutely amazed at the confidence Sara gave me, it was off the scale and my stress was very minimal but once the video ended I was back in a state of awareness at my flaws so I put the video on again and totally excelled, I mean the words Sara was saying I felt at the end that I was ready to join the Umbrella Academy with eye mask to boot but in all honesty I'm going to do this on a regular basis to achieve the very best designer work I can do. The ONLY issue with working standing up Pattern drafting and creating designer clothes was to not fall asleep at the beginning with using a SLEEP video but I chose this one for the Success aspects. I've created a very basic 90 seconds slide show on my channel UNLISTED link below of my type of design work with my past work so that you know WHY i need absolutely NO STRESS AT ALL but goodness gracious thank you Sara for everything. I'll have to find a specific DAY video to keep my focused with self belief when I work. Hi I am using this I have done 5 nights . I keep drift in to sleep during the hypnosis. I didn't realise until I obviously woke during it last night. How does the building of self belief work if I am drifting off and therefore not follow the manifestation commands ? Thanks ( The physiological responses during this are amazing)
It’s going in your subconscious mind , as everyone is their subconscious body so when the belief changes at subconscious level your daily Choices changes in reality.
I'm trying to stop pacing during the night . This helps me a little. I have not. Kicked the habit up 10 or more times wake up thirty. Any tips ? I'm so tired when I get up

Hi I am using this I have done 5 nights . I keep drift in to sleep during the hypnosis. I didn't realise until I obviously woke during it last night. How does the building of self belief work if I am drifting off and therefore not follow the manifestation commands ? Thanks

It’s going in your subconscious mind , as everyone is their subconscious body so when the belief changes at subconscious level your daily Choices changes in reality.
