    Great to see more of this series! This ending is one I struggle with, because I can see the logic behind both sides. On the one hand, the world is full of people who are suffering, so ending that cycle is probably more merciful than letting it continue. The flipside is that you deny everyone their own choice in the matter. Not to mention that you could become lord and work to undo all the injustice and hardship of the population. A heartbreaking story, that's for sure. Thanks for doing this, I really enjoyed it!

      The thing is, the logic behind this ending is that life itself is the world's mistake. There's no fixing or improving anything. No matter the choices. As long as there are births happening, despair will come sooner or later.

    One thing I always liked about this questline in Elden Ring is how they show the various ways one can descend into madness but how it's ultimately the same reasons.
    Edgar, Irina's dad, goes mad because he chose his duty over his daughter. He lost his world. Vyke was a honored warrior and a hero of Leyndell. But when faced with the prospect of sacrificing his Maiden, he chose to not do it. Ultimately it didn't matter and he went mad. Kale doesn't even know the people he finds in under Leyndell. But they were his ancestors, and he saw the cruelty they endured over what is most likely a madman's lie.
    When Shabriri says "May chaos take the world!" he says it in a way that makes him seem like he wants to destroy the world. He says it gleefully. He's excited at the idea of chaos destroying life, death, souls, birth, everything.
    But when Kale says it, he says it with disdain, resignation, and despair. They all lost something that was their purpose. Daughters, Maidens, Family, the Future. As Melina says "It is chaos, devouring life and thought unending." The Flame of Frenzy is the destruction of loss. If there is nothing and no one, then there is nothing that anyone could lose.

    I only made this ending for 2 reasons... first is to avenge the people who suffered so much at the hands of the golden order... the second is to create true empathy, unite everything and everyone within the crisol, melt everything into a single form of life , all curses, suffering, anguish and disputes... and if possible, put an end to the greater will and its like, like other gods that seek influence on earth...

      Its almost like you are writing the script for the next epic fantasy film? Your vision is grand! I could never have come to all of that on my own.

    there is a lore video out there about "who Melina is" and one of the hypothesis is that she is the gloam eyed queen i think is the name, the God of the godskin's and the one who lost a fight to Malekith to control destined death which is why when she opens her eye it looks kinda gloamy?? sorry for the bad english not my main language but if you wish to react to it type "Elden Ring's Biggest Mystery is STILL Unsolved | LORE" by ziostorm its a crazy i was like "ooooooooooohhhhh maybe yeah" 100 times during it

    Welcome to the bad ending. Usually chosen by people who are pissed off cause this game kicked their asses so much. Fun little detail, it's implied at the end of this storyline, when your character's head lights on fire, your character is actually dead and Shabriri stole the body. So not even you get a happy end here.

      MAY CHAOS TAKE THE WORLD, The Goldmask ending, The Lord of Frenzied Flame, and Dung Eater is based, these are the only awesome endings, all the other endings are loser simp endings

      @TheHandofDestiny not really. I chose the Age of Stars ending cause it actually felt like a story. The other endings felt like you do a favor for 1 character and then you get the ending. Frenzy Flame is a close second, but it lost points for cutting Kale's questline.

    • @angeltalion
      @angeltalion  10 месяцев назад +4

      I agree about the questline .. it feels unfinished without Kale but Age of Stars is def my favorite so far

      @angeltalion by the way, while it's not a Prepare to Cry episode, I'd definitely recommend Vaatividya's videos on Miquella and Malenia, especially Miquella's since he is the most mysterious character in Elden Ring, and likely going to be the focus of the upcoming DLC.

    I don't understand these kind of reaction videos... why watch something completely foreign to you only to provide next to no reaction. I like react content, but it appears as you just want to leech of the very good original video while while adding nothing to it besides 7 gasps of surprise

    • @angeltalion
      @angeltalion  Месяц назад

      Reaction video's are by nature watching something one hasn't seen or isn't familiar with for an audience. So I'm not sure what you were expecting. I watched this as I said, upon viewer request in an effort to educate myself on the game. If VaatiVidya managed to keep me silent but for a few gasps then they're more like a demi-god... cause I ain't been quiet since the day I was born. Still, thank you for watching and commenting with your feedback, hopefully the next video you take a chance on is a little more impressive.

    • @angeltalion
      @angeltalion  5 месяцев назад +2

      I did, thank you commenting and asking. It does make me wonder if you know anything about me? I've noted before multiple times that after my coma I have very bad instant recall. I am rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer (please check it out) I've rewatched it at least 3+ times pre-coma and my current run some things feel or appear brand new for me because of this and BtVS is a PASSION of mine. Gaming is not it is something I've recently gotten into because of Editor Hubby and the novel-style game that Elden Ring is. Each NPC and run-through is like a pick-your-own adventure novel to me. It's just gonna take me a bit more time to put it to memory since I don't play video games. I hope the gaming community will cut me some newbie slack here. 😊👌

I'm new to all of this, and your response felt more like a 'get out of my fandom' than a 'welcome, but you're missing this..." and helping me get what you felt I was missing.
