I am proud, but it came with the cost of a broken Q key.
I bet he could do the same on windshitter brothers, Fiora and Irelia which have equally as hard combo

for Rune Combo mystic punch is enough if lucky enough u get the Bread And Butter but for Q so u can spam Q and build Navori and Essence Reaver for mana if im correct

If you can get mystic punch and bread and butter then build lethality cdr items it lets you q again before it even ends making you 100% untargetable

This seems like the first thing they wouldve ever prevented from happening in Arena and it's still in..
Not only on Yi, Mystic punch is also crack on most q on-hit champs lile Irelia, Fiora and the windshitter brothers
@@punishing_birb i never got it on her but i highly doubt she'd be even "fine" even with it. she's so trash in this mode compared to actual meta champs. even sites give her "weak" which i 100% agree with. you can have the best combo there is on her, you'll still have no chance with any meta champion with bad augments, it's crazy.

@@thatguy5233 I haven't try Irelia but Fiora and windshitter brothers are crack with mystic punch. I got top 1 90% of the time when I got mystic punch on those champ, only lose to other mystic punch abuser
They shouldve just left Mystic Punch as it was lmao
First arena had Mystic Punch at 1 sec cooldown reduction, which was still really strong but not outright broken, the Timing to Counter champs just got considerably worse, but this is outright broken

% on hit effectiveness applies to damage but not things like black cleaver shred nor cleave aoe radius
It just so happens that mystic punch combined with yi Q hitting 4 times is just fking broken
Now I'm convinced Noxus did nothing wrong.

Ahh i had mystic punch and the 200 ability haste on q as well as fireworks with yi I kinda wish i remembered navoris existed when I had it it could have been true perma uptime.
I faced against a Yi with this augment and it was impossible to kill him
Don't worry guys. I just need one (1) augment, and items you could actually see on a normal, damage-focused Yi. It's not that OP
1. Augment with 200 AH on Q skill
2. Augment that reduces Q cd by 1.25 sec
3. Win
someone got that in my game and also got "Bread and butter" which gives Q 200 ability haste 💀
This is why the Noxian nuke his village, they aint gonna having this bullshit pull on them.

this on pantheon can give 0 sec cd on w + make it empowered everytime which then results in it all happening again so basically perma stun the enemy.
The fucked up thing is that you can go multiple builds

yuumi+yi mystic punch
crit yi+some other champ
Crit Yi is really bad and that's coming from a master elo Yi one trick and I'm also top 100 arena playing mostly Yi with a 1.6 average placement.
On hit is almost always better, you can get some defensive items and you also melt tanks if there is any.

Mine was literally untargetable meaning they can’t land a single hit no matter what they do. Came by it on accident with a bud too lol

Had Fiora, Irelia and Yasuo with this augment. Basically their fantasy came true.
mystic punch seems like an augments meant to make adcs strong, but auto reset champs just abuse the hell out of it. Perma CC yas, yone and fiora infinite dashing, voli ccs for 2/3 of the time while healing thousands per second with W, Jax perma sticks on you and has E up 2/3 of the time, etc.
Istg Q abilities in this mode are busted when you get the right build. 1 shot udyr, ninja master yi, spinny lylia, spinny darius.
from many different champions I find 1 shot udyr the easiest to pull off, I get the right augment 8 out of 10 times and managed to 1 shot everyone unless trundle.
Pure frustration lol. Unless you can burst him fast enough while Malz R him, I don't think anythink else can kill yi

I been spamming fiora just so when i get mystic punch i am flying around champions with a legit 0 second cd on her Q , you cqn Q as fast as you press the key
I managed to beat a mystic punch Yi once because I used hourglass when he targeted me and then my ally stunned him from a distance.
I hit one game with master yi with mystic punch and Q 200 ability haste augments, and then build on-hit, the enemies melted much faster than this 😂😂

Mystich punch isnt an on hit effect, even Bel'Veth's E can trigger it fully, meaning you can use your W and use it again after E before they land. Urgot W works the same.
I swear I've gotten ti before but it did not work like that
I did something similar in the game I got gladiator with... but I built regular on hit yi... and got bread and butter, then mystic punch. I got accused of hacking because of it.
Same thing happened to me. Well except being accused of cheating. Wrote a similar comment but just now saw yours.

imho they shouldnt make it a flat reduction and turn it into a % reduction

to be honest on one of my games a yi got the combo, but with 200haste on Q, and it was a little bit different, he was on a perma Q state, never actually visibile, not even for a fraction of a second, it was bullshit xD

A thing that is slightly broken is mystic punch + bread and butter for the q. You have an actual 0 sec q cd and can spam the living hell out of it.
Edit: you also run out of mana pretty fast

Mystic punch doesnt give CDR, it just reduces the CD
