Ingredients
1 pair of pig's ear
3 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
3 dried chillies (to add more if you prefer more spicy)
2 tbsp rock sugar
Sauce Mix
3 tbsp dark soya sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp chicken stock
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
a dash of pepper
Garnish
Spring onion
