I feel like especially for swimwear, it would be helpful to see how it actually works in the water. That is a lot more time-consuming to test out though so I get if that's not attainable. 😆 Also, Mia, you look SO cute in all the different styles, and I was hoping you'd made a video as soon as I saw Popflex was releasing swim wear. So yay!!! 😆

yaaass, we need to see it on its designed habitat.. would the double lining enough if it was wet? i would really appreciate too if there is comparison, like what other brand offer for that price tag? so we knew if popflex overpriced their products or not... or maybe that's too much of a request then nevermind 😅

Maybe it’s because I’m a swimmer but tbh the swim suits don’t necessarily seem very practical for swimming and more like something you would wear for tanning or laying in your pool on a floaty. So it would be really interesting to see actual water tests. Swim for 5-10 minutes (like _actually_ swim) and then tell me how well it works and if it still sits
Agreed, a lot of these cute lounging-type swim wear options don’t actually last in the water when you’re actually being mobile.
i have a few from amazon for like less than $30 and they are so cute and so practical. are they the best? no but they are cheap and cute and will last a few summers.

- whether it is worth it for the price ✨
- because there is no padding, is there any nippage 🥹

I kinda came here to say a similar thing, I bought the ballet type skirt with built in shorts and pockets but to be honest it was really expensive for what it is, £50!! And the 1st time I put it in the washing machine it lost the tie from the middle (no idea where that went but I hope it doesn't destroy my new washing machine) and it went a very weird grey colour on the 1st wash! I followed the instructions and put it in with my white cotton sheets, so....I'm not very happy and I think the price is way too high! You can buy similar for half the price and they feel pretty much the same...😢

the water suit has be be extremely tight, otherwise, you'll get water everewhere

Mia! I also have a small cup size and although it’s not swimwear, Pepper makes wonderful bras for small sizes. They are the first bras that don’t gap in me. I’d love for you to review and see what you think!!
Yes! I have a couple Pepper bras, one I absolutely love, but the other I've never worn & missed the return mark (my own fault, the company is great)- It just flattens me out too much. I'm very petite (5', 100 lbs, B cup) and recommend them for anyone who's smaller chested and has problems with gapping or poor fit of bras. I'd love to see a review by Mia too!
I've been seeing so many Pepper ads lately and thought it would be a great brand for Mia to review!

Thank you for this! I just ordered a bra from pepper. I’ve been looking for smaller bras for a while and I was pleasantly surprised to see Pepper has way smaller band sizes than regular shops

I love long sleeved swimsuits! It's sooo comfortable to not have straps, especially if you're having a bit bigger boobs and wants to be active in the water. But that of course requires some more coverage... I also loved the black bottom, it was so flattering :D
For me personally, what I feel is a bit bad with these swimsuits, is that they're black or blue. When swimming, those colours made you invisible and that's also dangerous because if something happens and you need help, no one will see you! For that reason it's much, much better to wear bright colours, like orange, neon pink and bright red.
You cannot plan for every situation in life.
@@nicolems I imagine the color thing is more for open bodies of water than pools, so for many people it is a non-issue, but wearing a bright fun color can hardly be called overplanning when swimming in bodies of water that have rip tides and other such dangers.
Even though I have no chest, I still love long sleeve swimsuits!! Even with regular application of sunscreen, basically the only part of my body that ever gets sunburnt is my shoulders so long sleeve swimsuits prevent weird strappy tan lines and sunburn for me lol

When you’re able to, I love when you include mama Maples in these~ She’s much closer to my size, so I can get such a good impression of how a swimsuit will look on someone curvier! With these more unique pieces with ex. cuts I haven’t worn or seen much on anyone before, it’s hard to visualize how it could look on me

Yes! If she had been willing, it would have been cool to see how the suits fit on someone with a different body type from yours. Plus, Mama Maples is a total delight, no matter what she's doing. Whatever I'm watching Mia and my husband's in the room, he says "Oh, Mia and Mama Maples are so fun together." Such good vibes!

I was kind of excited about the long-sleeved swim top, but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I have to cover up most of my skin because some of my medications make me highly susceptible to skin cancer, but the top doesn't have the level of coverage I would anticipate for a long-sleeved top. The search continues!
I like a bit more coverage sometimes and I have swim suits and then wear a long sleeve fishing shirt or other athletic/running tee. I wonder if that’s an option for you.

really? idk how much cute:coverage ratio ur looking for but arena and speedo (and many other brands) offers a lot high-necked/turtleneck long-sleeved swim tops so i think you don't have to look too far? well, at least in my country they do

I think I'm obsessed with the sleeves with the thumb holes? Paired with some high-waisted shorts this is a really cute top to go from beach to lunch on the pier or something!

It’s not custom tailored so it’s not bound to fit everyone. Mia probably has a smaller bust size than the model measurements they used to make these pieces.

I watched a video where a bustier girl tried it on and it fit. She uses stretchy material I hear so it's two cup sizes that can accommodate a bit above and below

i didnt have a big cup size until i started birth control last year and now im like an H cup and i understand the struggle :,) i miss being able to buy bathing suits and bras from normal stores

As much as I love Cassy and her company I have to say that these prices are outrageous. I mean a girls gotta make a living but dangggg.
With some of the things she makes, I'm thinking okay it's not super affordable for a lot of people but I understand why it's expensive. Like the design process, and the engineering to make it work, or the fact that it's a really unique product. But some of the things in this video?? $91 for a sheer beach coverup that isn't special at all is CRAZY

I got the black onepiece in the mail on Saturday and I love it! I usually go for bikinis but I wanted to try a one piece since I keep loosing one half of my bikinis..

Yeah, also feel like there should be more tiers, like, obviously the smallest size was even too big for Mia... it's nice to see two different sizes but it should be more tbh.

I thought the same, I'm a G cup and it's always so disappointing to see bikini tops that stop at a D or DD. I do love the fastening on them.
+cup sizes arent a universal thing and change based on band size and brand lol im an O cup and the only options are shove em down in a one piece or spend big bucks on a custom made top (
Yes! Even after my breast reduction I’m still a 34DDD/F cup and would definitely not be able to fit either of those sizes 😢 it’s so hard to find a swimsuit that fits me because the clasp ones don’t have a tight enough clasp and the tie ones I can’t tie tight enough

Love the swimsuits, they’re so stunning! I especially loved the long sleeved swimwear!! It would be really awesome if you could review some other long sleeved or more modest swimwear for us girlies who are a bit more shy. It would be awesome to get your opinion on them since you’ve been reviewing swimwear for so long!
Yes, some options that have boy short bottoms or just a little different than the traditional shape would be fun to see. You looked wonderful in the suits you tried on today and I love seeing all the cute options people try on, regardless of whether or not it's my style. For me, I really love the skirted swim leggings from Land's End (last year's more than this year's) because they're perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. When I go to stand up on my board, I like having the coverage on my bum, and for whatever reason the little short skirt on top gives me ballerina vibes. I'm also pretty self-conscious about the texture of my skin, so these swim leggings have actually made it so that I can go to a pool and not feel embarrassed by how I look. Plus their UPF 50 so you don't have to worry about burning. A lot of people think Land's End suits are more for older people, but I appreciate that they have high quality long torso suits. It makes a huge difference and I love their sun shirts for that reason, too. You can get them in long so they hit exactly where they need to. I can't stand reapplying sunscreen so these high UPF shirts are SO convenient.
Yeah, I don't like showing that much skin, but the only swim suits providing more coverage are targeted at larger people and'll never fit me or you'll have the full burkini thing, which is a bit too far on the other side of the spectrum. Why can't those cute swim dresses come in smaller sizes and without those low-cut neclines?

And before you try with the whole ‘just buy second hand’ thing, i’m not going to but swimwear second hand lmao, and also, i live in a small working class town in NW england, where the only clothes in charity shops are for older people or small children. also, charity shops in general in england are incredibly tiny, it’s simply not possible to buy your entire wardrobe in one.

Fast fashion, with all its "negatives" is AFFORDABLE for people who are struggling to keep food on their table and a roof over their heads. Being from an affluent nation doesnt mean that you yourself are affluent, for many people fast fashion is the only way people can keep clothes on their backs. Yes, clothing manufacturers should pay their sewers more, but the reality is, in Bangladesh, where a lot of these clothes are made, it is a case of better a small income than nothing at all and having to send your kids to scavenge on the floating rubbish piles. Really, if your going to make these comments, have the decency to take some time to look at the reality of life in Bangladesh and places like it. The people making these clothes are EMPLOYED unlike many who NEVER HAVE THAT. Our "western morals" must look absurd to people facing starvation.

I think if you said whether or not the items were worth their prices too that’d be super helpful. I don’t really want to spend $91 dollars on a shirt to cover myself when I could get an extra large men’s shirt to do the same thing for $10 or less
I think she has updated this bombshell swimsuit one-piece, she catered it more to longer torso people because it has a horizontal gap in the front, so that it can change depending on the length of someone's torso (smaller cut-out for smaller torsos, bigger cut-out for longer torsos). 😊😊😊❤

I love the longsleeve top but i really wonder if it would actually be functional. There's so much swimwear that gets released that is just for instagram and doesnt actually keep you covered while swimming.

All the people complaining about the price is kinda ridiculous. Everyone has a budget if you can afford it you may but if you cannot its fine. Its just cutesy clothes. Its not an essential. I am never gonna spend so much on swin wear then don't? Personally I wont either but people who have that kinda of money are gonna buy no need to shame them lol

Two cup sizes are nice? NICE?! Girl. In today's world? That's the flop like no other. Even 4 cup sizes would be too little. Even 6 or 8. For that price the only option is to do the whole range the bra world has to offer. Nobody is fitting into those two cup sizes if they have any boobs at all, the shape is all wrong. It's Victoria's secret all over again 😂

The blue on the paneling (first suit) doesn't actually match the blue in the patterned fabric and that bothers me so much -_-
