This man is brilliant. So knowledgeable and interesting. Please have him on again. I have watched each episode featuring him and would like to see more. I would specifically like to know how to get enough calories on a raw vegan diet without relying on high fat foods or eating for hours on end if that is possible. I wonder if he could do a presentation on that.

@@CHEFAJ LOVE your content Chef AJ and appreciate all you do to get it out there. I had another question for you, to get your opinion/insight, but wanted to ask on a more personal platform, not public. Is there a way I could message you? Or what's the best/your preferred way? And if not, that's ok too. Either way, thank you again for all your wonderfully helpful content!!! 😁

Wonderful demo :) I like how nuanced he was with the raw/cooked things! Cool to know about being able to "bloom" rice (at least forbidden and wild) though, I'll look more into that :)

This was a most fascinating presentation on living foods and brought honor to Ann Wigmore's living food healing! I remember James had a table with Cherie and Dan at SF veg fest to bring attention to his school at Living Light Culinary Institute. I've wanted to go back to a living foods lifestyle, and this enthusiastic beautiful presentation along with Jame's innovations has greatly inspired me!!

I use a semi see-through storage box out doors to grow seeds and micro-nutrients. It's transformed sprouting for me since I don't have room in my kitchen with enough light. I'm getting much more "produce" and now I have 2 boxes :)
Added: I'm also making my own vinegars. Pickled - fast - thinnest sliced red onions or finely chopped celery adds so much zing!
