Nahtazu!
Oh my Gosh!!! My Mom was in this at 22:00 she was a Dancer!!! I was there too but I was 3 years old at the time
DISNEY EXPLOTED ANIMALS
I wish this was on a DVD so me & the other Fans of Disney's Animal Kingdom could enjoy it over & over again any time day or night to comfort us until we visit or return to the Theme Park someday. I've been to Walt Disney World resort in 2001, 2007 & 2009. Animal Kingdom is my favorite Disney Theme Park of all.
I was there the first year this park opened. It was part of my first trip to Disney World. I’m actually going back tomorrow and I’m staying at the same hotel I stayed at the first visit, the Caribbean Beach Resort.
a great way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the park with a special edition of The Wonderful World of Disney
Billy Moody maybe pip and Freddy from Disney junior's t.o.t.s and sprig and Polly from Disney channel's Amphibia made a special where they visit disney's animal kingdom, and the opening would also use clips and footage from the recent movies, and the Disney channel, playhouse Disney/Disney Junior that have animals
This one of the many reasons why Disney World Resort is #1 on my list of Disney Theme Parks
Animal kingdom is my favorite. I have been to that place since childhood.
From the vast experiences with nature, and my birth year it's awesome to revisit this well done opening special. Stay safe everyone!
So Lebo M is singing the Broadway Version of Circle of Life at The Disney's Animal Kingdom(Not just for the Opening of the Park in 1998 but this goes in Honor of The Lion King on Broadway that opened on Broadway in 1997)
Happy 20th anniversary to Disney Animal kingdom park today. I love that park I was still 7 years old when that park opened up in April 1998 i turned 8 that year in Oct.
Angela m So, you'd currently be 27 years old now, right?
I was born on October 10th 1998!
The feels 😍 I went last year with my nieces and I'm going next year with my sister and grandma for my "bachelorette party"
Why?
Man i remember watching this on tv the night it aired. My dad recorded it on VHS i believe.
This is an amazing look at the beginning of this awesome Animal Kingdom
Still my favourite Disney Park
Jonathan Oosterhof As a dinosaur lover, it's my favorite Park too.
Thank you Disney World for adding the World of Pandora at Animal Kingdom
You can say that Pandora is the Beastly Kingdom that never happened
Now, Animal Kingdom is truly a kingdom ruled by all kinds of animals... living, extinct, and imaginary.
Next year it'll be animal kingdom's 20th anniversary. I can't believe it's been 20 years since I 1st walked through the animal work Disney style😄🐘❤️
awesome I went to that theme park last summer in 2013 it was awesome
Holy hell I remember watching this as a kid
Can't wait to go back here. Haven't been in sixteen years. Going to WDW on my honeymoon. :-)
I was there the day this park opened
2:44 All fans of the Lion King, please rise for the national anthem!
happy birthday animals kingdom
I'm surprised they didn't ask Steve Irwin to be there at opening day lol
@ least we got dr Jane Goodall
that park is the same age as me also Magic Kingdom is the same age as my mom by a month apart
I haven't been to this place in almost 14 years. God I miss it
Then take a trip and go. SIMPLE
This park today is great. However when it opened it was very weak. 2 rides and a handful of shows. It’s now so much more fleshed out. Everest and Pandora really brought it to its potential
Very weak? LMAO.. SO WRONG and RIDICULOUS
I visited this park the following year and it was awesome. I just loved seeing all of the different animals both living and extinct.
So don’t forget legendary animals like dragons griffins unicorns hippogriffs sea dragons basilisks Manticore
I’ve only listened to this at work a few times and finally just watched the whole thing. I just lost it at the unnecessary pulsating Tree of Life at 20:03
I haven't been to animal kingdom in 12 years! I should go again
ilovelegos2000 especially with Pandora opening soon!!
Can't wait for Themed Alternative to riff on this one!
I remember filming this, I was one of the extras!
to this day, I still wonder what the song is and love the song when drew cary divers hrabbe
29:55 This is long before the tongue joystick was invented.
I wish this was on a DVD like some of the other documents of the Disney Park after this one.
Animal Kingdom kind of got off to a slow start but has turned into one their best parks (Expedition Everest helped)
Don't forget about the World of Pandora
Dinosaur was also a good addition to animal kingdom.
Slow start? LMAO.. RIDICULOUS and SO NOT TRUE
What? No one riding Discovery River Boats? You just see footage of it, including the iguanodon.
next to th magic kingdom i love this park!!!!
When this park opened, everyone said it was terrible and a waste of money. I’ve never been, maybe one day.
Animals Were Special Part Of Disney™'s
Traditions
0:36, hi Aladar!
Happy 25th Anniversary, Disney's Animal Kingdom!
(1998-2023)
Each Animal Kingdom choose animals as the elephants trumpets, a hooves herd zebras, a lion sat on a boulder.
White rhino it’s a a herbivore. Hooded vulture in Africa. Nile a grey crowned crane a favorite.
Dinosaurs sounds from 1994 The Land Before Time 2 The Great Valley Adventure, Quest for Camelot, Avatar the Last Airbender episodes
The Black Cauldron, Balto, All Dogs go to Heaven 2, SpongeBob SquarePants movie,
Prehistoric Park, and Adventure of Ceratops.
Crocodiles it’s a reptile. Ostrich it’s a bird.
Thanks for sharing this. I saw on Will Friedle's IMDB that he's in this and wanted to check it out.
I'm here for him too!
I haven't been there yet
April 28 1998
That's the Zoo Books guys!
I love the hippos
Does anyone remember when the lion king 2: simba’s pride was popular?🥺🥺
I LIKE THE CRIL EOF LIFE SONG
Remember when Drew Carey was a thing?
He’s also the host of the price is right
Well when Mr. Carey would have the fun back and forths!
i wonder if drew Carey still have that shrit
the fourth theme park in the walt disney world resort
Did Topanga go back this time with Eric instead of Cory?
I'll be honest. I'm just here for DinoLand.
Matt Piavis Me too!
Matt Piavis they need to remodel it. To appeal for man childs like me. A bit more up to date and awesomer
Believe me, I'm here too.
-Rocky
I'm still sad that there's no dragons in Animal Kingdom...
This park is one of the few things Michael Eisener did right without Frank Wells
I wonder what happened to frank whells
Andrew Asaro BUT there was one element of making the park that he did wrong
joey the Animator he died in s helicopter crash
Andrew Asaro ehh I’d take Eisner over Iger any day
I disagree. Eisner screwed this park up by deciding to postpone Beastly Kingdom in favor of Dinoland. I think that was a big mistake.
What day was this taped at the park?

From the day we arrive on the planet
And, blinking, step into the sun
There's more to see than can ever be seen
More to do than can ever be done
There's far too much to take in here
More to find than can ever be found
But the sun rolling high
Through the sapphire sky
Keeps great and small on the endless round
It's the circle of life
And it moves us all
Through despair and hope
Through faith and love
'Til we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the circle

I really regret to have to point out a dislike, but that can be completely reversed if you could please reupload this video at a higher audio volume. It's at about 25% volume level, and I doo have my player volume set at 100%. If you're unable to do so, I wonder how I may be able to obtain a new, unaffected copy of the video? Please let me know. Thank you so very much.
How about a video with sprig and polly from Amphibia and Pip and Freddy from T.O.T.S. visit Disney's animal kingdom
Jane Seymour is NOT IMPRESSED!
how big is the park? is it worth going to? lots of rides?
mark d yes. It's the greatest park I've been to. Probably my only reason to visit Florida. Sure backwards people. But amazing theme parks!!
there are are decent amount of rides but you should pay more attention to the jungle treks, and safaris it is really nice to see these animals in the safari before they go exticnt last time i went i forgot the name but there was only 2 left in the world and disney had them and are keeping them alive but yes if you are looking for a thrill go to expedtion everest and if you need to cool off try the kali river rapids :))
Happy 25th Anniversary To Disney's Animal Kingdom! 🐵🦁🐯🦓🐘🦏🦛🐗🦒🐊🥳🎊🎁🎈🎂
that voice at 0:06 to 0:50 and at 40:41 to 40:47. who is it?
Cory Burton I believe
+200KHFan No that's Mark Elliot, he's been Disney's VO artist for decades
I've miss that voice I wonder we're Who ever that voice was is now
+Gadget Freehan Didn't sound like Shockwave.
i wonder if drew Carey still have that wacth
What's all the hoopla about?
So this is basically highlights Harambe and Africa more than anything. And they wonder why people thought it was just a glorified zoo.
