There was a sign of my Solomon having it about 3 months ago after pulling a tick , he was too young to be treated...so I put him on Bil Jac frozen and vitamins/minerals. In the long run I will keep him on monthly preventatives. Sorry for the baby. HUGS!
I feed frozen complete Titan to our girls. I'm more afraid of the side effects of the monthly spot on type treatments. We used to use those and had a few adverse reactions. I like the Veterinary Secrets , Dr Karen Becker, Dogs Naturally Magazine, and Whole Dog Journal channels on YT. The last 2 of those have inexpensive print journal type magazines to subscribe to.
Doxy cannot be used more than six months beyond expiry date. Most antibiotics can be used years after. Doxy is also the human treatment. We didn’t vaccinate our puppy as he is very old and the vaccine is not clearly safe or useful. Is it not one dose of doxy? So if no prescription there is only fish right?
You don't NEED the monthly plan. You can save more if you have a lot of prescriptions by paying a monthly fee. You can get the discount just by asking the cashier at the pharmacy to check the Good Rx price. If they say they don't have it or don't offer it, call Good Rx and find a place that does. The cashier at Walmart was familiar with the program, but didn't know it could be used for animals.
Haven’t seen you around long time. Wow. That’s not terrible. I Was told once Jack had Lyme because of limping when I knew he had had a large aluminum canoe fall on his legs.

I've lost all faith and confidence in the medical establishment. 2020 was the proof.
We miss hearing from you and pray that you're a-ok.
Where are you all located? Near York/Harrisburg?
I'm in SW PA, south of Pittsburgh
