@Nayda Ortega Rivera hi there yeah at frist were in and yeah get them Tightened but its all worth now i dont now have any pain as my teeth gotta Straighter are u thinking Of having them some?as i had to go Private as they didnt do them when i was younger i wouldnt had them for free but snice going Private and paying out am so glad had them done that way now and i see the difference in my teeth were so bad before. But yeah i would say about food as well at Beginning its hard to chew and sore have soft food then when teeth dont hurt and it Easier to chew. I say its help me lose weight as well so good thing 🤗

I think they have somes were the spaces between every hole in the chain are shorter than others, so probably they're stronger

Great question and you need to get a professional dental cleaning, a lot of patients gets confused and think that every braces checkups counts as a dental checkups/cleaning but you have to make an appointment specifically for a cleaning and sometimes the dentist that works the braces doesn't do cleanings..... that might be the case and you have to go to another office... 😉 Thanks for watching and don't forget to like our video that helps a lot!! 🧡🦷

Hi my friend and I'm not sure if there is a cheap way to correct teeth, but the most affordable way it would be to get some Orthodontic Appliances when you are a little kid that can help in some way to avoid or reduce the orthodontic problem if possible in some cases... that would be the phase 1 and stay on hold with the phase 2 meaning braces! Entre mas tiempo uses el retenedor es mejor... pero luego de 2-3 años si te quitas el retenedor igual el riesgo que se muevan es menor y no vuelven a su posición original pero si no usas después de que te quiten los brackets si se pueden mover bastante!

he/she needs to keep wearing retainers all their life during night time otherwise it will go back to how it was. One should do it only if their teeth causes them any discomfort otherwise dont think of getting braces.

I did it too, and my teeth got crooked. So I got speech therapy, and I got trained to talk and swallow without pressing my tongue against my teeth, it's possible, try it!

Toungue isn't suppose to push against teeth when swallowing, this will cause flaring of the teeth or an open bite overtime (as we see the girl in the video have bcs of this) instead your whole toungue should be pushing firmly against the top of you palate

Tanta gente non vuole portare l'apparecchio con gli agganci e le piastrine metalliche, ma la realtà è che è il migliore in assoluto. La trazione è più forte ed anche se antiestetico, dà da subito, risultati ottimali. Una mia amica ha iniziato il trattamento con Invisalign, ma poi non lo portava e non aveva raggiunto benefici. Ora indossa un sistema "Damon" metallizzato con gli elastici da oltre 2 anni. I primi tempi, quasi piangeva, ma adesso è molto contenta della sua scelta.... Si è abituata e l'apparecchio sta facendo bene il suo lavoro. Sembra strano, ma ora lei non si vedrebbe più bene, senza... Tutto quell'acciaio, ormai, fa parte di lei.... 😅

What is the best color for braces
Hi my friend and there isn’t an official style guide for braces, but these suggestions can help you to narrow down your choices:
