I cant help but say that the description he gives of the Supreme Court and constitutional law and especially justice behaviors is so reductive and simple. There's plenty of nuance and the belief that you can say it's left vs right and sum it up is ridiculous to the point of absurdity.
Lets not even go down the road of the foolish notion that precedent is good policy and must be adhered to at all costs.
