The biggest problem wasn't just the way the judge ran the courtroom to shut down any legal norms that are required by the . The bigger problem is allowing political kangaroo courts in highly partisan jurisdiction to even be allowed in highly political. That situation is the opposite of a jury of one's peers. it is a jury of rabid haters who will use any excuse to put their political opponent in jail, as this example showed. We need either Congress or the Supreme Court to intercede to create some sort of remedy that would require a change of venue to a more neutral jurisdiction in any case where people can be politically targeted for prosecution. As we see, they aren't just trying to put their political opponents in jail, they set the timing of this trial to interfere in a presidential election that could just as easily be used as an excuse to go after the people who participated in this kangaroo court, using the same banana republic tactics by moving the case to a deep red jurisdiction where the GOP has power. This is what happens in a banana republic. Anyone so short sighted to believe that lawfare will stop with Trump obviously don't understand the Pandora's Box they have opened. Unless Congress or the courts quickly intervene, this will become the new norm in America.

This type of programming is used all the time. But in 2024 78% of families have absent fathers. Black Americans are 16 times more likely to end up in prison today than they were under Jim Croee because family values were stronger.

I don’t understand why he said charges weren’t explained until closing arguments. And the jury paid extremely close attention to the trial and asked relevant questions and came up with unanimous agreement on everything and pretty quickly
The goal is to lie and convince the people who didn’t pay attention to the details of the case
The charges of this case were never explained from the beginning. You watch too much liberal media that lies to you hence, you are not even aware of this fact.
The charges were made clear to the jury and the entire country five times. Chump was convicted properly and his morons just don't like it so they're trying over-time to subvert our legal system and attack all our agencies and the judiciary. Judge Marchaun has been on the bench for a long time and has a great reputation. You want corrupt?? look no further than Allito and Clarence Thomas.
Did you even watch anything about the verdict? They weren't unanimous in which "crime" he was covering up, which is the actual federal charge. It could have been any one of four options and as long as they all chose one they counted it. None of those four things were proven in court but they tagged the book keeping crime, a misdemeanor, as proof of the underlying crime, one of the four options. That's far from unanimous. Plus he didn't allow expert testimony that would prove the book keeping charge wasn't an election crime. Do some research instead of just being a lap dog to your democratic overlords.

For the cases against Democrats to earn the system its integrity back, ALL Hunter’s crimes committed (per the laptop) and the corruption involving the “Big Guy” need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. I saw a picture today where 2 congress men were talking about war and then It showed a picture of people killing each other in war while the politicians were sleeping safe at night and playing golf. I have had friends in the military that went out hunting for the Taliban in Afhganistan. If veterans have a little rough language. Politicians need to get over it and we don't want a bunch of choir boys deployed in another country far away.
