great video Garry as ever. I agree that sunny days can also be great for waterfall, tricky high contrast but it can create great images such as the ones you got here
Absolutely worth a visit... kicking myself that I'd stayed away from it for so long. Yes it gets busy but if you time it right, you can almost have it to yourself.
@@garrysugdenphotography brilliant mate I'm jealous, next time your their drive to the top carpark carry on past, drive upto the reservoir on your left there's a sink hole on your right follow the path for about 3/4 of a mile, and find the old ghost house by the small reservoir really good photo opportunity
I'm also out of my comfort zone with waterfalls just like woodland 😂 at least you're happy in one of them 😊 I can recognise a decent waterfall but it has to have obvious cascades with no sky at the top. I managed to visit this location when the old bridges were still there and they were much more photogenic
Great video again Garry. Went there a month or so ago. Fantastic location but it was heartbreaking to see all the storm damage down through there. A few years ago it was majestic!! Hopefully with the colours turning there will be a whisper of the magic that place has to offer!! Cracking job mate 👍👍
Thanks Steve. The sound only seem drops out when i walk about 10m away and only when wearing that coat! I've walked up and down the street experiment (and looking like an idiot) :-)
Some lovely images mate, especially that first image where you blended a couple of exposures , some really nice B roll . Looking forward to seeing more from that location in full autumn colour !
Genuinely avoided it like the plague. I really hate crowed places, so it being so close to Sheffield put me off. My youngest lad is now at Uni there and living just 10 mins away... that's what pushed me to give it a try.
looks like you had a fun time. Some lovely detail shots in your B-Roll that would make lovely images.
Thank you very much :-)

Thanks for watching Andy and taking the time to comment 👍🏻
You have made want to go back there, great video and images, and you definitely have unique problems 😁
Thanks! 😃 I do like to share my problems with you though 😃 I'll be going back as soon as the autumn colour hits its peak.
Brilliant photography, you really do excel in this setting. I've only briefly visited once while out on a walk, its a lovely place.
Thanks mate. Yep, seen your visit… the one with the ghost house 🙂
Great video. I love watching you work.
Thank you for watching 👍🏻👍🏻
Great video Gary , it looks a great place well worth a visit.

@garrysugdenphotography I'll have to get The thumbs up guys to do a meet up 😆
@@simoncoldwell1506 we’d fill the carpark at least 3 times!!
Great video again Gary. I never had such an issue with the Pocket 3. There's something in the air up there in the North. 😂
Thanks for watching... I need to do some microphone experiments down south :-)
I was here yesterday, love it here
My son now lives just 10mins away... so it may become my new favourite quick stop off :-)

@@grantsullivan7502 Ah, I’ve seen images and vlogs from there. I’ll check it out. Thanks for the heads up. 👍🏻
@@garrysugdenphotography no problem I'll send you a couple on Instagram

Thanks Paul. Yeah, those new bridges need some serious weathering down! Still a pleasing scene but would need to tone them down in PS I think.
Fabulous 👊🙏✌️ thanks for creating and sharing 👍
Thanks for watching 👍
Nice one Garry. I too, love waterfalls & cascades..must be something to do with the sounds 😊👍👌
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching 👍🏻👍🏻
Superb mate - Literally pissed myself at 27 seconds 'So Join Me.....'
Joking aside, as I've already said that 1st image is wonderful.
Thought you would like that 😀 I do say it quite often 😀
@@garrysugdenphotography Maybe you can pad it out a little bit - a few more words would make the world of difference :)
@@MerseaMillsy Now there’s a thought 🤣
A grand day out that definitely gives Padley Gorge a run for its money.
Thanks for the filming help 👍👍
Cracking location that mate one worth another look. Some fantastic images as always
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you mate.
cracking video Garry! That shot at 5:14 is a belter! Nice one
Cheers John... that image seems to be getting a lot of comments :-)

Absolutely! As soon as I see those colours at their best I'll be back. Thanks for watching as always Simon.
Superb images as per normal Garry 👌 Don't have the coat issue with mine, bit I do get, hmm hmm... "Purp" noises when the tone of my voice drops 😳

Can't believe you've never been there before Mr, you need to go back when the Autumn colours hit, it takes on a whole new persona 📷👍🏻
