Hi.. Why do you use vanilla essence in this recipe and not in the original glossy butter cream recipe? So am curious about what the original butter cream tastes like since there is no flavour agent.. Thanks
Hi GG, thank you for sharing this. ❤ May we know more about what kind of cream should be used? We have different creams in our market, whipping cream, heavy cream, all purpose cream. Thank you.

Hi @G.G.CAKRAFT don't you get lumps of butter in your buttercream? I don't know what to do, i get lumps after i mix in condensed milk. I also want it to be sweeter, what can I add that won't affect the glossiness?
You are super. I have a question? Can i use less butter? My problem is i dislike buttery frostings or creams and i tried all types of creams American ,Swiss, Italian ... all creams too buttery to eat.
@@GGCAKRAFT thanks a lot for your replying. I don't want the gloss disappear, just the buttery frostings are hard to eat . Anyway thank you again you are very kind and beautiful person.

I'm little bit lost. So, the butter, fresh cream, and condense milk are clearly not a vegetarian product, they are still dairy. Mybe i can change the butter to shortening or margarine, but how about the milk product?
You're referring to VEGAN. This is vegetarian maam. VEGAN is no animal even their byproducts at all. VEGETARIAN is only restricted to animal like eggs physically, meat. vegetarian allow byproduct of the animals. Like milk, etc.
I don't get it, why aren't eggs vegetarian? Vegetarians eat animal products. Vegans don't eat any animals products though but your recipe has milk so it defeats the purpose?
In Asian countries, vegan is a pretty new concept. What we understand by vegetarian diet is one which does not have meat, fish and eggs in it. Dairy and all dairy products are wholly acceptable in this diet. Since for ages dairy cattle has been treated very well (owing to religious grounds as well), so the cruelty of mass production houses of the dairy industry was practically non-existent here. So milk and milk products are very much accepted here by vegetarians

hi, love your recipe, can you please show us how to cover cake with your glossy buttercream?
I find if you wait for the buttercream to soften it's easier to cover with. But you can always use swiss buttercream to cover instead.

Double cream is better for whipping or simply use whipping cream

You should be able to substitute shortening for part of the butter.
@@judyfleming6269 i will try ...
Thank you
Hi. Thank you for your comment:) If you reduce the amount of butter or use shortening, the glossiness of the glossy butter cream will disappear.
@@GGCAKRAFT thanks a lot for your replying. I don't want the gloss disappear, just the buttery frostings are hard to eat . Anyway thank you again you are very kind and beautiful person.
Im afraid you can only achieve the glossy look with butter.

Aik no sugar at all in the recipe

Vegetarians eat eggs XD this could be a low cholesterol.... but no eggs is kinda pointless if you're keeping other animal products in it..

Not sure how this is vegetarian since it contains cream and butter
Butter, cream ,milk all comes from cows hence it’s not vegetarian .
Condensed milk & fresh cream are non cow milk
