I was wondering how long the buttercream will stay frozen for before it starts to lose shape or wilt? I want to know how long I have to transport a cake.
Hi GG, thank you for sharing. It's amazing and tastes great however.... mine never reached the consistency of yours, mine became runny, way too soft, the flowers would not hold the shape. I followed your steps, measured temperatures but never reached the stiff and solid consistency of yours.
That was wonderful! I've never seen such a variety of icing leaves. Now I won't have to use the same ones all the time. Big thanks, GG!
