At the same time, some of these keyboards' prices are absolutely wrong. For example: yes wooting is 175, but he also bought tofu 60's redux case which cost additional 60 dollars. You cant just compare keyboards' sound when boards like wooting are only meant for gaming.

I got a optiplex for school like 5 years ago, and I am still using that exact same computer 5 years later but with a ssd, more ram, and a 1650. I am still using the same mouse and keyboard from 5 years ago.
The keyboard is about enjoying the experience not about better gameplay. Even from mechanical to membrane isnt a massive difference so if youre just gaming it doesnt make a massive difference. I can assure you the customs are much nicer though
I never understood why people care about the sound. 90% of the time I have headphones on, and the times when I don’t it doesn’t even bother me. The only thing I really find important is how the keys feel when pressed, like being nice and fluid instead of awkward and sticky.
