I know most won't like this comment. But here's your winner on this tour. The sound amazing, tight, 100% energy and Bret works the crowd like a champ.
Absolutely no doubt! I'm just keeping it real.. C.C back with the band is huge! Bret was ridiculously good
That's been the prevailing opinion in the comment section of every video i've seen so far from the shows. I was at this one in Philly, and Poison rocked. I enjoyed the entire night. I know people are ragging on Vince and all, but man anyone who expects any of these guys to sound like they did in the 80's are delusional. All the bands sounded really good and it was a fun night.

you're 1000% accurate, they're killing everyone on this tour...it's their vibe and energy and Brett's passion. I used to think they were cheesy and he was silly, but damn have they grown and mastered the art of the show.

The bar was pretty low, motley hasn't been good in a long time, def leppard hasn't either. So energy wise I agree with you.. back in the day,, motley would've crushed these bands, I saw them all and it's sad they are getting destroyed by poison.
@@otisdriftwood8469 Honestly if you take these other bands out of the equation, poison just kicks fuckin ass. They're in great shape, they sound better than ever, and the positive vibes from Bret on stage are tremendous. Those other bands could've had front men that stayed in better shape for sure but poison is just really good right now.

For those curious as to why Brett Michaels seems extra excited when he hits the stage... it's because Poison was originally formed in Pennsylvania. This is a home coming for Poison really. C.C was born in Brooklyn I think... but the other 3 PA
That's true, although he was equally as excited in Orlando. He's just psyched to be on this tour and performing live again, and yes this homecoming show must've been extra special to him.

Hershey PA was in their back yard basically and they killed it there as well! These guys got better with age

Poison was the best out of all the bands.
You have to give it up for these guys after all these years. Even if you didn't like them back in the day. These guys know how to have a good time and entertain people. After all they have been through the stuff that has happened over the years they are living a life that most of us have only dreamed of. I am excited to see this tour in AZ!
I was there my daughter, and my granddaughter, and my husband RON was there in spirit, RIP 10 months ago. And it was a rocking good time for all of us.TY JERSEY GIRL.

Yo! Brett nailed it right home... after so much, just a party, no politics... for just a few minutes can’t we all just have “nothin’ but a good time!”.... I think we all SOOO deserve it! (So everyone enjoy the music and be happy just for a bit... it would be so cool if we could just take in the moment and forget about all the BS for a bit😉

I was there and Poison stole that show! The crowd was insane for them! I’m a huge Poison fan from day one and damn they sounded fantastic! Brett and CC with Rikki battling back from cancer…….fabulous! Def Leppard was really good too…..Joan Jett……badass…..Motley…..well….
First saw these guys on a fluke in ??1986?? Great White was supposed to be the opener for Quiet Riot. Turned out it was Poison instead. One of the craziest shows I’ve ever seen. Non-stop party and energy. I’m so glad to see these guys still bringing the same energy almost 40 years later. Incredible!

You know I said long before this tour took place Poison was the sleeper on the bill! C.C. is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 band is extremely tight! I think there are some serious issues going on in the Motley Camp! I see vids a Vince just seems to want to be somewhere else. He sounds better but having seen vids of his solo shows he seems happier playing with them. Nikki seems to just want to get through it. Poison and Leppard definatley carrying this tour. JJ is just the steady force.

Doing the exact same thing they did in 1986 when it was vogue to call them posers..... Now everyone is like, "Wow they're actually really good." They were always great- just comfortable being a fun rock band.... Which in the end stood the test of time.

Poison music is not really my favorite and doesn't do a lot for me. But that being said I saw this tour in Jacksonville and Brett has won me over. The band played great with energy and Bret worked the crowd better than all the other bands. Good Job Brett and the entire poison band.
They wrote music for live, fun, shows... Not to be taken serious or prove to a straw man how talented they were, nor to make some deep statement.... Most people think they don't like Poison..... Till they see them live
They were always better than their critics and still are. I saw em as a opening act numerous times during the 80,s and they were always better than the headliner with the exception of Aerosmith but even then they held their own
They've been playing this set for 20 years. You'd think as musicians they'd be bored by now.

I was there and I have to tell you they were amazing! Def Leppard was amazing too, I would have to go with Def Leppard, but poison a really really close second Brett was on point and the band was amazing! Joan Jett was good also, motley was good but nothing like Def Leppard or poison!!

I'm a huge Def Leppard fan, and loved their set on this tour, but anyone who has been to a gig knows that Poison has been pretty much stealing the shows. They hit the stage before the crowd is exhausted (and with so many shows having delays, the headliners have been going on in front of a crowd that has been waiting over seven hours in bad weather and heat), their set is a tight hit-packed hour, and they are playing better than in their youth.
What is that, some kind of insulin or glucose patch type thing on his arm?
Bret is diabetic, so I imagine it's a CGM, yeah.

Poison should have been headliner imo. Poor Joan rocks her ass off, but looks dead. Throw away the singing, and Crue would be awesome. Vince gives an effort. Def should have been second. My lineup- Joan, Def, Crue, Poison.
Poison is the best band in the lineup agreed. CC is still amazing.
What I wouldn't give for them to do a 1 time only show, top to bottom, the first 2 records, dressed in the old clothes, and with the same energy as back then. Lose the current Bret Michaels half country feel, and get back to the sleazy glam rock we all love.
