I agree. He does have a big heart. That's really hard to find these Days. Neal. Those engine could be worth big bucks. I paid ten grand for the motor in my 1969 AMC AMX 390 GO PACK BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY BROTHER. NEAL APOLLO BEACH FLORIDA THANKS
Alex you are a man to be admired and saluted! The way you think of other people when cleaning out these houses goes above and beyond what any other person would do. Most people having outlaid the sort of cash you did would be trying hard to get their principal back with a decent profit. But not you!! You are looking out for refugees, family and friends. That’s something very special Alex! In all the time l have watched yourself and family it never ceases to surprise me what a great human being you are. The perfect role model for the next generation. Alex l stand and salute you. You deserve as many accolades as you can get. Well done. Bravo. And on behalf of those who receive your generosity l say a big thankyou. You probably will never know just how special you are although l hope you get some inkling!!
I feel like he has reached a level of wealth where he only cares about high value items. It just isn't worth his time or effort to sell every scrap he finds.
This house is perfect as for gifting. There is something for everyone. Donating to help ease another’s life that has been in turmoil is at the top of the list! Thank you. We never know how help to another might be what propels them in an upward trajectory! The gentleman who owned this home had no idea how many people his collections were going to help. Bless him and all involved. ♥️🙏🏻♥️
I started watching you, the beer bottle that Austin found is called a clothes sprinkle, we used it to wet clothes before ironing them, brings back a lot of memories, I wish I still had one, I'm 76 years old that's how I remember it
It makes me so happy every time I see a new episode. I love watching these episodes because of how kind and caring your family is and for the fun treasures. This show is a treasure too!
Helping out and giving back is ALWAYS rewarding!! Alex, you have always been a very helpful and thoughtful person. 💚💙🌱 Its a good thing you've got some strong sons to help you out. I've helped move tool boxes... THEY ARE HEAVY!!
There are angels among us and Alex you are one of them. That is why you enjoy buying (rescuing) these items. And helping people in need without standing in judgment. Bless you good man.
Love that you can confer with your kids on what items are, knowledge comes in a range of ages. If those snowboards are Rossignol, they should have decent value. Back in the day (80’s) Rossignol was considered a sought after brand. I believe they still are. I’m glad to see that many of contents of this home are being used to give back to others. Based on what’s there it appears this owner was fairly young, which is sad. Your purchasing the home is a good send off for him, feeding many of his belongs into the lives of others, is certainly a blessing. Alex, your family is exactly what this world needs, such warm hearts.
You know there is a boat somewhere!! They have a gas tank in the shed, life vests in the garage and fishing poles everywhere! I'd look for paperwork for a boat. Maybe it's in an off site storage?
I‘m again and again in awe because of your empathy and generosity. You are the living proof that one can live a decent life and make money without being focused only on maximizing profits. God bless you and your wonderful family!
Thank you Alex and family. If any of us ever need an example that there is good left in the world, we can pull up one of your videos. Again, thank you for helping others while also providing for your family.
I love when it becomes a family project It must be fun at times for the kids. Especially if they find something they'd enjoy. Thanks for being good people and donating like you do. You will surely make others very happy.
Alex you and your family are lovely people. You always help and think of others god bless you all. I would love to help you out wish I lived in your province I love doing treasure hunts like you but I don’t know stuff like you do.
Alex you are exactly what this world needs. Caring, helpful, and giving. God is quite pleased with you. I’m so happy to see that your children and wife are right by your side helping.
One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. After all the work you do I am so impressed you are looking after people in need. You also got your kids involved, well sort of. Lol
Alex you continue to be blessed because you are a blessing first to anyone with the properties/belongings. You go through the spaces with such grace and class. Very respectful. Secondly, you are never about greed and yes, it's totally okay to make a profit, it's your job after all. Plus your passion to help others, to pay it forward is so refreshing. I love love love that your children are learning this great example from both you and Melissa. I simply say thank you for all you do and for who you are. You are very authentic. I'm just sorry I never got the time to get down to the store before you sold it. I truly wanted to shake your hand and thank you in person.... if ever you open another store in Edmonton, I'll be there
The scanner is a Snap On newer economy division called Blue Point. The Red Snap on Scanner was way expensive scanner like around 2K or so Blue Point is there budget line. I purchase one Snap-On socket for my 94 F3507.3 diesel injector pump tool it cost almost $100.00 for one socket! But had to have it for the job it worked great and now just sits in my Craftsman tool chest drawer. They sure have good stuff like a collector of all sorts but really nice looking. So much still in boxes yet to explore.
Clean-out is off to a good start. As usual you have wonderful, generous plans to help anyone you can through reuse and repurposing That trailer will soon pay for itself. Nice to see the whole family pitching in together
Good to see you in the groove again cleaning out this home lots of treasures for your new home and for others I heard the song in my head when u started talking about the Ford's and the Chevy lol so amazing what u do for your family defenetly a mechanic outdoorsy man that liked gaming that once was owend these items so reminds me of someone in my family ...keep up with the good work you and your family doo!
I've been subscribed for a while, and something that has become clear to me is that you are a genuinely good person, and you surround yourself with good, kind-hearted, hardworking people as well. I really enjoy going on these adventures with you and seeing you discover new treasures. But what really keeps me around is that you and your family and friends are such good people, and I really want to see more of that in my life.
I remember the Sachs from early 70's late 60's ..Moto x mags Euro scene Montessa's too. The trans bell housing/ engine is likely Ford/AOD combo from the quick glance. Cop trans/Cop engine - Blues Brothers...🤣🤣
Hi Alex, been watching you and your lovely family for a couple of years now! So nice to see you giving back ! It's so important for us all to do when we can! Stay safe! Senior Lady in Nova Scotia!
11:40 do not fire the crossbow without a bolt in it!! I broke one when I first got it that way! Luckily it was fixable but I had to restring it and replace the ends. The bow snapping empty has too much power... Just a heads up, sorry if you already knew...
I can believe the low mileage on the Herc. If you look at 7:00 min. you'll see the extended gas line hang off. This tells me that he was putting just enough gas in the tank for short runs. Then, the tank is easily drained again. Looking at the bike, he knew the worth of it, and how to take care of it.
Hey guys thank you. 🤗 It's great that you Canadians are giving refugees from Ukraine the care of donations. I'm absorbing your antique knowledge. I am severely addicted to Vintage glass and pottery and have researched what I have. But I don't know what you know. Thanks again.😁
Excited for you finding so many useful gizmos. That engine lift has to be a pretty penny new. Also, congrats on getting your own trailer! I think that will save a lot of wasted money on rentals over time! Maybe you can keep a truck hooked up to it so its always ready to go. Every day is like Christmas with these deals you do, so fun.
Alex Archbold: Buys an unknown house. Proceeds to donate to relief programs, family, and local used stores to help a wide array of people. And still makes a profit. The world needs more people like you, Alex. And your family.
Jason is sure your not so mini me. Love the searching part. Cannot wait to see what is in tubs, boxes and drawers. Thank you for helping others not as fortunate as yourself.
There is an engine in that Ford. If you look at the front wheel wells, you'll see that the gap around the tire is quite even. If there was no motor, there would be a lot more room above the tire due to no engine weight on the springs.
You’re a good man Alex and you helping others will always come back to enhance your life.
That funky metal hanging off the weight bench bar is a railroad joint bar

Ya to one of our people
I started watching you, the beer bottle that Austin found is called a clothes sprinkle, we used it to wet clothes before ironing them, brings back a lot of memories, I wish I still had one, I'm 76 years old that's how I remember it
One of the big reasons I watch your channel is your kind heart. Never change Alex!
YOU HAVE FOUND A JACKPOT WITH THIS HOUSE AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES WITH IT!!! CONGRATS AND GOD BLESS 🥳
It makes me so happy every time I see a new episode. I love watching these episodes because of how kind and caring your family is and for the fun treasures. This show is a treasure too!
I have been stalking the channel since yesterday afternoon when you said it was coming up.6am Thursday in New Zealand. Yah
Love that Hercules dirtbike💯
Nice that its a regular engine!
Easier to fix, for Many people.
Would be fun to ride that one
❤️ITS A KEEPER!!
Your generosity and thoughtfulness towards others is so wonderful - I am thankful there are still people like you still in this world.
Your shop inside of your house, reminded me of my late grandfather, who was a mechanic for the city of Fresno, in Roeding Park.
Helping out and giving back is ALWAYS rewarding!! Alex, you have always been a very helpful and thoughtful person. 💚💙🌱
Its a good thing you've got some strong sons to help you out. I've helped move tool boxes...
THEY ARE HEAVY!!
You folks are so good hearted. Even beyond the "Canadian" kindness! :)
There are angels among us and Alex you are one of them. That is why you enjoy buying (rescuing) these items. And helping people in need without standing in judgment. Bless you good man.
Boxed bikes, the man put together. Great.

He was in his 60's.
@@kirstylouiserob Really? Young at heart then. And still gone too soon.
@LatteLove I read the post on the community tab.
@@kirstylouiserob I'm not surprised. I commented in the previous video this could have been my house (hypothetically). My husband is 61.
The 3DSXL and GBA were my excitement. It’s funny how you can spot things others just don’t know about…
Great video as always Alex, although my favourite bit was " my muffler is not muffling " !!!! Love it 😅😅
Love seeing your family help you out. You and Melissa are wonderful role models to Steven,Jason, Abigail and Hannah.
It amazes me what you accomplish.
Hannah is the son's girlfriend, but yes, a role model to her as well.
You have a good heart your family and friends are very lucky to have you. 🥰
Thank you Alex for helping out the Refugees in my building! It truly is greatly appreciated!
You know there is a boat somewhere!! They have a gas tank in the shed, life vests in the garage and fishing poles everywhere! I'd look for paperwork for a boat. Maybe it's in an off site storage?

Definitely a person who enjoyed motorsports, probably was a fun dude to hang with. Hopefully these bikes and stuff make someone else just as happy
I always marvel at the fact that you are able to go through all those items without becoming overwhelmed. I get tired just watching.
Compared to previous clean-outs, this is an easy one. 🙂
Everything looks in such excellent condition. What an awesome find
Thank you Alex and family. If any of us ever need an example that there is good left in the world, we can pull up one of your videos. Again, thank you for helping others while also providing for your family.
Everything is organized and well taken care of
I love when it becomes a family project
It must be fun at times for the kids.
Especially if they find something they'd enjoy.
Thanks for being good people and donating like you do.
You will surely make others very happy.
💓💘💝💖❤watching your videos, thank you for sharing and have a great day!
I love that you help so many people. There is not another feeling that matches the feeling you get when you help someone in need! I love that❤❤
Very interesting what you do there. I enjoy watching your videos.
The only kind of "tool" you are is a tool of Profound goodness, generosity and hard work. You are a living blessing. 😊
Interesting and uplifting video. Thank you.
So fun to see the kids helping go through things!! Good job mom and dad!! They seem like lovely young adults!
Looked like they did a lot of standing around doing nothing
Alex you and your family are lovely people. You always help and think of others god bless you all. I would love to help you out wish I lived in your province I love doing treasure hunts like you but I don’t know stuff like you do.
I’m impressed the vehicles all started. The garage may have been cluttered but no real trash or hoarding junk. Same with house. ❤
Jason sure looks like a young James Dean. Good episode as usual.
Alex you are exactly what this world needs. Caring, helpful, and giving. God is quite pleased with you. I’m so happy to see that your children and wife are right by your side helping.

Love the sentiment of giving.
What a great series! Thanks for sharing your lives with us.
You had me hooked when you found the Guiness! Try one. Should be fine.🍺🍺🍺
You are the best Alex, wanting to help others is just who you are. You are such a gift to this world, truly you are. We need more good men like you!
That's really awesome, I wish I had a dresser..I've been without one since 2013,,
Jason certainly is growing up. I’ve been watching you and your family for quite a while now. Time goes by fast, that’s for sure.
Alex you have a heart of gold
A big part of why I watch your channel is because you're a generous man, always looking to help. Good going!

You are such a good guy/family. Always thinking of others. Thanks for being a ray of light in this crazy world of ours!
Another heartwarming series❤️
I'm glad you have followed through on giving the furniture to people in need. Some great finds . Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
Sachs engines all have that unique fin design for the head the late 60 s early 70s

those sachs 2 stroke engines are almost indestructable
Love these videos. They're great inspiration for me to clean up our house, and get rid of a lot of things!
The Harley looks like a FXST Softail Standard.

I love the way Joshua Alexander talks about Alex. He’s made such an impression on that young man. I love watching both their RUclips channels.
Loves these kind of episodes
Love this, you are awesome! Can't believe all the amazing stuff this place has.
I remember the Sachs from early 70's late 60's ..Moto x mags Euro scene Montessa's too.
The trans bell housing/ engine is likely Ford/AOD combo from the quick glance. Cop trans/Cop engine - Blues Brothers...🤣🤣
Do I have those days when my brain completely goes blank??? Yes Alex! Boy, do I ever have those days....... Great finds, fun to watch
Don't forget the snap on flash light! It'll probably charge up on that charger you going down stairs! ❤
Hannah is a great addition to the picking family. In there boots and all. Love Canadians, as kind as Kiwis. New Zealanders.
The Hercules is an Enduro. Road and dirt not great to do off road dirt..it's built to cross country hyway and dirt road not jumping etc
You are truly a good soul, Alex. You are an inspiration for so many people!
Nice looking home.
Great seeing your adult kids helping you out. They have stronger backs for lugging the heavy stuff.
I would be interested in the camping and fishing gear
When did these kids grow up!? Holy cow! Beautiful family ❤
This person that lived there certainly did have an interesting assortment of things
Great video. Can’t wait to see what all the contents fetch. House clean outs are my favorites.
Rossignol is a Great Old Ski Company!
Hi Alex, been watching you and your lovely family for a couple of years now! So nice to see you giving back ! It's so important for us all to do when we can! Stay safe! Senior Lady in Nova Scotia!
That engine against the wall looked to be a GM Ecotech. Probably for the Cobalt
15:30 you can hear the sound of Steven rolling his eyes at Alex’s dad joke 😂😂
11:40 do not fire the crossbow without a bolt in it!! I broke one when I first got it that way! Luckily it was fixable but I had to restring it and replace the ends. The bow snapping empty has too much power... Just a heads up, sorry if you already knew...
This home has lots of well kept items. The old but new motorcycle is an awesome find.
the leak in the tail pipe makes sound good
You make these clean-outs interesting...and they are definitely a subscriber magnet.

Small amount of coins may have been separated because of rarity or dates.
Fun finds!
Nice video, in the hidden room there was cardboard tacked to the ceiling, you should look behind it.
Hey guys thank you. 🤗 It's great that you Canadians are giving refugees from Ukraine the care of donations. I'm absorbing your antique knowledge. I am severely addicted to Vintage glass and pottery and have researched what I have. But I don't know what you know. Thanks again.😁
I must say you have a lovely family.Nan 86🇬🇧👍🇬🇧
Your a really special man Alex ,with a kind soul an good heart ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
I would check behind the newspaper in that little secret room.
Your such a kind person Alex. Hannah seems a nice young lady you can tell she is comfortable in your family
Dirt bike against wall. 17 to 19 year old love them.
Excited for you finding so many useful gizmos. That engine lift has to be a pretty penny new. Also, congrats on getting your own trailer! .There Will Be a Small Construction Clean Up Room Channel in Year Saturday March 12,2023.
Alex Archbold: Buys an unknown house. Proceeds to donate to relief programs, family, and local used stores to help a wide array of people. And still makes a profit.
The world needs more people like you, Alex. And your family.
That 2nd engine you found looks like it might have a supercharger on in. But I’m not 100% sure
Jason is sure your not so mini me. Love the searching part. Cannot wait to see what is in tubs, boxes and drawers. Thank you for helping others not as fortunate as yourself.
Very good vlog 👍👍👍

Or...just look under the hood. That clinched it!
Excellent video 😊
