@@MommaC1106 it's true, they do the date thing just to cover their a**es. It's all about liability, all company's do it, large & small. You kind of can't blame them though with a lot of people that are ready to sue at the drop of a hat. Those people are just looking for what they consider free & fast money, even if it takes 5+ years. Most are phoney or fraudulent injury claims. But to get back to the subject, yes, that's actually a "sell by" date & the food should be good for a year after the date posted.

So glad to see you are doing the same. Shows a kind, generous heart, which you have shown so much in the past. I had a 1996 Crown Victoria that I loved and would have liked to have kept. Always load your trailer with the heavy items forward. If the rear is loaded heavy it can make the trailer pop off. Make sure the trailer ball is the correct size for the trailer as they vary. I was a semi truck driver a very long time ago. Good job keeping it under control and keeping everyone safe. Not easy to do when the trailer falls off.

Make sure your using the right ball size to tow the trailer. Your new trailer likely has a 2”5/16” ball. I’m suspicious that you may have been towing with a common 2” ball. The only other thing that could have happened is you failed to close the coupler on the trailer. If the ball is not to worn the the size will be printed on top.

They often had cartoons even for the younger children on weekend. It was a school that boarded children from the whole district. Otherwise kids couldn’t get to school being so far from towns out on farms. There were also locals who attended. She taught 3rd level to graduation and has been home for 10 years and some kids keep in touch with her.

Why do so many people hate nickeback? They’re a great band with a wide range.

Did you and your two passengers get some grey hair on this trip? Thank goodness for the safety chains.
Always carry good work gloves. Protect those talented hands. CrownVic washed up pretty good. I think you'll make out alright with this project.

For mold remediation, put on a dust mask and brush off loose material outside with a soft paint brush. Then wipe down surfaces with alcohol:water mixture on a soft cloth or sponge, about 3:1 ratio. Also exposure to direct sunlight will help dry out and deactivate mold spores.

It's so heart-warming that you are giving furniture and some things to the Ukraine immigrants. I can't imagine being in their situation. It's great having people like you and your family so generous.

I love these videos that show an entire project from beginning to end, be it a car restoration, an estate clean out or the opening and subsequent closing of the store. That said, Alex, you need to get some rest! You look exhausted! It's only us tax accountants that are supposed to work untold hours! 🙂

Was the person that passed away a younger person? Looks like belongings of someone in their prime. So sad in either case.

What happened to the people, a lot of that stuff is near new, and what young adults
just abandon all their belongings in such away. Also those people would have family
members who should have the rights to all that stuff. Something a miss here if you
    ask me. 😡🤬
