This Channel seems to be made for me and I honestly believe it's very underrated. Your educational videos can change people's lives and I think they need to be more spread. Keep up the good work !
-Your past can not determined your future -your all power only rely on the present moment , -let it go for the things you cannot control Love your content ,,, thanks again
Only 3 minutes in and have determined this to be one of the most insightful videos's of this year that has to do with this subject. Great job and thanks for turning down the backround music. It is a lot less distracting. 😎
Thanks so much for this Exactly what I am going through..clinging to some good memories of the past and I always hoping life will be that way. Thanks once again for this
Thanks for sharing how to let go all the spiders(hesitant) and butterflies that clinging on to you. Learn to acknowledge the problems that comes along and surrender the things that holds onto you by relaxing your body and mind. After all life is a dream each passing days of your life. Learn us learn to relax and enjoy more of our life each passing days, we are just a speck of dust in the whole universe. That's how big our problems are sometimes!
I really love your content, they"ve helped me immensely to become always better, however in this particular video, I liked to much the tip'' Be patience with family member"
This video literally mentions exactly the mental trap I felt for the last 2 years. I have been learning these techniques for the last 2 years. Seeing it in a short well well-explained video made me realize how each one of us is in different stages in life were some may have the answer while others are learning these things. Great video.
If we dwell in the past we become miserable. If we live in the future we become anxious and fearful. Forgive those who wrong you. If you harbour resentment they who wronged you, own you!
I couldn't agree more with every point that was made in this video! It's exactly what I needed to hear! What do you do though when someone controls your life? A narcissist?
In Islam, we have a belief in divine decree, which we can't control(but we can request Allah(God) to change it, and he changes it if that is beneficial for us). the word "Muslim" means the one who surrenders to Allah(God). This video made my faith in Islam more strong. Islam is what we need for peace and tranquillity in the modern world. Here are some verses about patience: “And bear with patience, and your patience is only because of the help of Allah - and do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed by their evil plans” (Quran, 16:127) “So, be patient. Surely Allah’s promise is true, and let not the disbelievers shake your firmness” (Quran, 30:60) “Seek help with patience and prayer - though this is hard indeed for anyone but the humble” (Quran, 2:45) “Oh you who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy. Vie in such perseverance, strengthen each other, and be pious, that you may prosper” (Quran, 3:200) While it may seem easy to remain patient for a short period of time or just once, we must remember that being patient is a long-term goal. These verse of the Quran is a reminder that we all must persevere in being patient, and that the reward will be from Allah Himself(if you are a Muslim). I invite you guys to look into Quran(the divine text from Allah(God)) and see what God had commanded you. Let's reflect on ourselves and go back to Allah(God)(The one and only God) before it's too late, meaning before we die. You can read Quran online from ===> quran.com
I get what u are saying but it is very hard to do that. It is like hardwiring ur brain not to like or dislike. It is like not have a preference and try to make the best out of the situation u in. I understand it is not surrendering completely but the line between surrendering(accepting) and being ambitious and having goals and preferred life style is very thin. Specially when time goes by and u still didn’t achieve what u want or worst being stuck in the worst scenario u imagined urself being in. I know there worrying would not help but it keeps u in check and disallows u to be comfortable in this situation. Wanting more or having a dream job or lifestyle or social impact is something u need to fight with and feeling bad about not having this due to a detour u took in ur life without ur choice is a start to get back to ur preferences or goals.
Wow, this was better than I expected. This is really pretty helpful. For me the only thing I would like to learn is how can I actually „let go“? I heard this so often, but I wonder what is the actual technique of „letting go“?
There's a world of difference between moving and moving forward. Busy people chase tasks. Focused people chase impact. How often do we treat time like a resource to be filled? Busy people fill their time with tasks-ticking off boxes. But, focused people understand that some actions drive progress exponentially. They treat time like an investment, placing it where it will have the most impact. Instead of cramming your days with endless activities, ask: Where will my time yield the greatest return? This shift changes everything. We stop measuring success by how much we get done and start measuring it by the difference we make. Today, pause and ask yourself: "Is my time being spent, or is it being invested?"
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:11-13 kjv

Answering the first question: To be honest... No... I could be worse. Like not having a house, not having food, or internet connection. So to everybody who is watching this, each of you have the chance to change and make it for better. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ otherwise you will not have internet connection or time to watch these kind of videos
Thank you so much Elvin 😍. This was only the 3rd of your videos I had the chance to watch. Very glad to have stumbled on your channel. Neat work, great presentation and a pleasant voice. This content reminds me a lot of Stoicism (If I'm not mistaking), but I'll try to get the book and see. Thank you again 🤗👍.
Isn't worrying not part of nature ,I think if we don't want to suffer we must acknowledged when it's there for pain is part of the nature but suffering is optional😊
I bet you can't follow her analogy in the first 3 mins if you're tipsy. You know it's deep and meaningful, but you just can't follow along, then you lost it. Can you believe that's what my friend just told me? Ok, good night.
You say things that are true but that remain general. Have you heard about political refugees? Do you know what it looks like when you published against the president in a social network and he openly said that he did not like it? You may not see cops come to you but people know what you did and they act according to what they feel or what they are told. It is true that positivity helps. But who doesn't feel pain because of a positive mindset? Do you suffer less shame when I pour water on you before a crowd just because you do not hate me? To let it go and to surrender works for situations that are punctal and changing. Or with situation that are not produced intentionally. Let me say it again. If I strike you just like that because of a bad mood and you know that I'm moody just let it go. It is not targeting you and there is not need to fight me. I may do it again because we work together but you know the reason. So let it go. But if I strike you by envy or because I want you to be or do something and you surrender you are getting in my trap. You may suffer for long. Fight back when you get to know the intentions behind the actions. But remain ready to get back to a normal like when the assaulter is gone.

So when a spider crawl on u, u just let it be. When a snake bite u, don't resist, just surrender. Death is just a new experience too.
There’s a time and place for resisting but you shouldn’t do it all the time for everything ,sometimes you have to just be 🧘♂️
