But just the thought of KNOWING there really is someone out there who actually cares, means more than anything you can ever do. I promise you that.

I had a friend die 8 years ago and on the day he died people cried, they mourned him for about a year, and now his grave is dusty and unkempt. People are gonna forget about you after you die and that's a fact.
Yes it is, and I don't think it's intentional that we forget after some time. I feel like it's part of our evolution and we understand that there's nothing we can do about it and we don't want to be saddened by thinking about someone that we love isn't here anymore

@soulassasination... Some people just find it hard to visit cemeteries, like I do as well.
I started to visit Mom's gravesite... But my daughter knew I was sensitive in that area, said... "You sure you'll be ok doing that"?
And so I didn't go visit the gravesite, especially having had a former co-worker who died by suicide, made me more sensitive in that area I think.
It doesn't really mean they didn't love the person who passed I don't believe.
Also there was a host of friends/relatives who died around that time.
Which is weird... Especially since it was said people from that particular area don't seem to live as long ...
@@RasberryTwist I'm not scared of graveyards but I can understand when someone is afraid of the dead, and if it's not that then I understand the burden one carries when visiting a loved one. Still, I'll rather feel my insides being ripped apart as I cry when I visit their gravesite then to pretend like the person never existed at all.

You might think that no one would care but that is just never the case. Your thoughts aren't reality and you are unable to comprehend how those around you truly feel about you.
I have known countless people who felt like this and took their lives and their family, friends and loved ones are still devastated. Their lives and how they view the world changed. My brother lost a dear friend of his who had those same feelings, and he can't even bear to hear about him. When I heard he passed, even though I met him only a few times, I couldn't help but cry. Even now, thinking about it hurts my chest. How he addressed me kindly, once when I made him hot chocolate I learned he liked it wayyy too sweet and all of those memories make me smile remembering him. He was a beautiful beautiful person. Even though he did not feel like he mattered or that his death would affect anyone, It has.
What I am trying to say that you are cared about, even if you don't think so. You matter to someone. Your presence matters to someone... your absence matters to someone.

I remember my best friend left for his studies to the other side of the world for 7 year long study at a college. And his family never appreciated him and treated him bad until he left, they realised he did a lot and called him always after he left. They missed him after he left

I thought like this but when I decided to prepare for jee I left the school blocked all my friends.
After about 8 months I found two of my classmates when I was walking near my home and they were so happy to see me . They took all my talk seriously. They told me that my friends were furious and sad at the same time. They always talk about me and want to meet me. Today it's almost a year since I have seen them but it's okay. I am very happy to know that they have not forgotten me and still remember me. I hope I clear jee advance with a good rank and meet my friends again.
