How could your naturopath see that about you not converting ALA to EPA and DHA? Because it's difficult for everyone to do that conversion (vegans should def supplement!) Just label your videos plant-based and don´t capitalize on the vegan label. It seems you have never been vegan, so no explanation about veganism or "why you are no longer vegan" is needed.
Respectfully, you’re asking for dietary advice from someone who inaccurately stated freezing vegetables alters the nutritional content of them. If you know what your allergies are, do some research and select foods accordingly. Go back to basics, learn to cook your own food(scratch cooking often is easier on the body as it eliminates a lot of preservatives depending on the ingredients you use). I’m assuming/hoping you have health insurance. I’d highly recommend you find a dietician if your insurance covers it and/or you can afford to put those dollars down. Seeing one helped me SO MUCH with reducing inflammation and healing my gut. Our bodies are all unique and what works for Julia or me isn’t necessarily going to work for you. Good luck!
@ I do kick my own food I have for years I eat very strict but if I ate one thing and my body doesn’t tolerate, which is gluten or sugars or dairy, I will go up on the scales and then my body will get rid of it. My weight will go back down.

It’s also digested into sugar, albeit at a slower rate due to it being a complex carb with more fiber and a lower GI than white bread. Still, sourdough is NOT gluten free. Please see a dietician, they would LOVE to help and are actually qualified to do so unlike random RUclipsrs online with no formal education on nutrition.

Oh for goodness sake, she's 25 and experimenting and exploring different parts of the world and herself. I think it's awesome. Heck I'm 46 and still figuring things out. Be kind and give grace to people. Others who may live a different lifestyle to you does not mean one is unstable

i started running longer distance (4/ mile) that helped with me being able to fall asleep fast
