Thanks for sharing... especially the landing. Every so often I do one like that and I'm like .. "wth?"... mine is ah F model. Glad to see I'm not the only one. 😂
You have no idea how excited I am for you to fly to SBS and show us. I’m a recovering 172 pilot and always wondered what it looked like to fly west of BJC to there. Thank you for sharing this.
Was in Florissant a couple weeks ago moving my parents (who were living there) out here to Louisville. Where my wife and I live. Well was telling my pops about your plane and your channel and how neat it is! Keep up the great work!
Nice to have you back! Kudos to you for taking time with the family. Still, I missed the vids so this was an "instant watch" video when I saw it pop up on recommended vids.
Thanks Mind of Matter, the fam has definitely been my #1 priority lately. Sorry these videos are few and far between, I'll try to get some more out soon.
@@ManandaMooney maybe I’ll see you around sometime. I’ll be flying there Challenge Air event at APA on Saturday. Kinda like Young Eagles but for kids with disabilities.
@@ace00007 I just looked up Challenge Air. What a great cause. Thank you for volunteering. Let me know if the event is returning next year. I'll be happy to volunteer.
Thanks for the educational side of things
You're back!
Sorry, it's been a while... I'll try to put some more videos out soon.
Aw yeah welcome back!!
“Recorded in 2020…”
Dammit! Well, this will have to hold us over for a while.
Yeah, I have a pipeline of content. Just no time to sit and edit... I'll try to get some more vids out soon.
Enjoy the videos. The Stanley Hotel was the inspiration for The Shining. The hotel in the movie was the Timberline Lodge in Oregon.
On Mt Hood! Easily spottable from the air
Ah, good to know. Thanks for the correction!
This was a fun trip. Reminds me of when I attended a wedding at the Stanley Hotel in June several years ago. It snowed.
haha that can happen. I've skied here in July. In Colorado you can choose your season. Cold? go down to the plains. Hot? head for the mountains.
More Mooney videos please!
Welcome back! Family (and propellers) first but when you have time for us always looking for more of your videos from the Rockies.
Thanks Bob. I'll try to put a few more out in the near future.
Great video! Thanks for sharing your humanity (we all make those landings from time to time) 😁
Thanks Daniel. It had been a long while since I had a landing that bad. It brings you back down to earth - pun intended ;)

They happen. Thankfully, they're few and far between. It had been a long time since I had one of those. Guess I was overdue...
Just FAB! Thank you -
Thanks Steini! Always nice to hear from you.
Love your videos, glad to see a new one
Thanks for watching Greg!

Happy to help Allen. If you choose to explore the route yourself it's basically: KBJC RLG FAMKO HETGI ZOMBU KSBS.

Thanks Nick. Hopefully it wasn't too smoky while you were here. This summer's been bad. I'll try to keep the videos coming. I appreciate your support.

Gorgeous views as always!! thanks for the video.
non-turbo
Thanks for watching Landon. She's a naturally aspirated M20C.
Where is your home airport? I fly out of KAPA.
