Most shows allow dragging at them, the cops don't mind for the duration of the show. It just depends on the people hosting it, and if they clear it with the city. And contrary to popular belief, dragging actually doesn't tear the pavement like you'd think, it just leaves a white skim mark on top of it. There's not many deep marks in it, unless you have idiots trying to add bolts or trailer balls to their ride to drag those.
