There's a difference between top-tier character and top-tier potential. You will never see a top 8 with 4 Kings because the Tools/Potential depends on the user. There should be a distinction.

It's not about drag nerf. Just like people decoded Atif to win against his drag. The same thing will happen with Ulsan. When you are a top player. Each and every player is reading and analyzing ur move. Ulsan's drag won't be that affective anymore

Not only does he not play a waifu broken @ss character but he also has charisma to him , humbleness and a no excuse mentality. Humble in victory and defeat . Congrats on a well deserved win. Also congratulations to Shadow reaching the grand finals in a disgustingly stacked Tournament and almost resetting the bracket. Best NA player by a mile.

Namco really needs to balance this game badly .... they're trying but most of the cast severely lacks the overall depth of the TOP 8 META in such a fundamental level that players like Shadow or Kingreyjr have to play "out of their mind's" like the buzzwords say but in reality they're screaming for more complete moveset to just even the competition!!
