- my video is unwatchable as a metaphor for the Plane Repair industry leeme alone
I once tried to make a pidgin partly based on Chilean Spanish but it was nowhere near as cursed as this. I guess it needed more seals.
You created a story to justify your conlang!
Truly a modern day Tolkien!
Since I heard about the infamous Dolphin Communication Experiment, I had thought that the researchers should've just listed the noises dolphins and humans roughly share and form a basic language to talk to them.
I really love this idea.
Humans should try to make pigeons/creoles for proper two-way communication with animals.
I know apes can learn sign language, but that relies on both parties being able to see each other, and only primates really have the means to use sign language.
There's also teaching animals to press buttons to speak, but that makes the animals rely on human tech.
I want to talk to a cat on the street who knows a Cat/Human language without having to use a device or look at the cat when they speak.
pigeons and crows!!!
@@firstletterofthealphabet7308 reminds me of Indian numerical units, the Crore and the Lakh...
So if you say it fast, Lakh Crore, it sounds like you say Black Crow. Pidgin and Pigeon is an easy mistake though.
This video lives so rent free in my head, i watched so many of the cursed conlang videos but this the only one i came back to rewatch.
glad u like it!
Not bad. Needs more flubbed lines and audio clipping though.
Ur right, my coughing was not nearly bad enough

i wanted to say that this was actually not that cursed but then 18:35 came around and holy shit man this is so entertaining in a fucked up way
yeah I probably should have put that at the start or smth lol
@@kosazhra also subtitles would probably be great for that part because i understood like 15% of what you said there (the part of it where you speak English, not Núsuli Kurátula)
@@sporeman2334 I can add those in i think
@@kosazhra cheers for all the work anyways!
@@sporeman2334 aye, thank you!

That crab's not a cephalopod, it's a crustacean!
yeah, whoops, my bad lol
I believe your Ktetic Case is known as the Construct (?) in Hebrew
ah, thank you :>
This is the second best thing I have seen today.
That Bee Movie translation is one of the shortest ones I've seen.
14:18 I believe that Ktetic is sometimes called Quasi-Genetive, but obviously Ktetic is cooler😎
Wow what a beutiful language, i litteraly skipped to the bee movie script, so i have no context.
wHAT IS ONE OF THE SEALS FROM FLIPPER-FLOP DOING IN THE THUMBNAIL---
i rly like rhythm heaven and well... seals so i just added it lol
both entertaining and informative
i want to see more creoles and pidgins in this challenge
Those "researchers" are you and your friends in real life, right? LOL
who said I have friends?
This is art
Wait, Chilean doesn't have the velar nasal? U sure? Did they drop all coda Ns or did they remove the allophonic alternation or something? Because in theory all western romance languages velarise alk coda Ns
coda /n/ is velarized only in Northern Chilean dialects I think(all the research i did for this video was from wikipedia so if you think you know better, then you probably do lol)
Nice conlang! Can you make more videos?
perhaps...
Combination of whales and Welsh next please!
@@patrickvanderlaan and combination of capybaras and german
@@patrickvanderlaan if i do make a new video, it probably wont be about a human-animal creole. that would be a pretty silly rabbithole to fall down lol
