FYI - Charleston Car Videos on RUclips Started in 2011. Back in 2008 is when I started filming cars as a car salesman to give people a better way to see a new or used vehicle. Over the years I ended up selling over 450 vehicles from doing videos. Today 1000's of vehicles have sold from people watching my car reviews in America. Авто/Мото
My apologies about the Music everyone! When listening to the video with your headphones or computer speakers it sounds fine to me, but when played using a mobile device the music in some parts is louder than my voice. I believe this is due to phones having 1 speaker compared to having 2 which is much better. If you don't like the actual music well thats on you. I happen to enjoy it. Thanks for watching and Subscribe to my channel! I'm filming new content daily for you :)
These must be way more reliable than people say if this one has a little over 300k miles.
I keep seeing these 2006 and 2007 hse models with well over 200k miles, and am starting to think these may be the most reliable ones to buy.
07-09 are definitely the most reliable years. I see them for sale with 250k+ all the time (albeit in rough shape, rotted panels etc)
Love your attitude and transparency, it’s refreshing
This dude needs to be a car salesman in the UK. Tip top enthusiasm. Enjoyed the watch.
Nice video. The HSE has the true split tailgate just like the E53 X5. The Sport HSE does not have the true split, just the window split. Both are great setups. This gen HSE shares tailgate components as the E53 X5 and has the same 4.4 V8 found in many BMWs of this Era I believe...645, 745, 545, X5 4.4i etc.
300k miles for 7000$ ? That's too much
Ain't that the truth!! 300K miles is crazy!! I am sure at auction they paid maybe tops $1K..one went through here in Tampa with 200K miles and it brought $1K so with 300K yea too much..but..it's a stealership!!
They must be on crack !!! Idk how much it was brand new this suv should be 1500 max
@@cl3883 $1500!!! No way!! $2500 - $3500
@@garyclay9899 nope
@@chrisreed26 what conditions was it in? You can’t get any 2006 range in this condition for 1k your talking American car language
74thousand miles 6 grand in the U.K. 🤷🏼♂️
hello i just purchased the same car absolutely love it!!!! guy was selling the car for 5500 and with a little negotiation he sold it to me for 4500!!! with only 150..... miles as well with one side a couple dings and needed new back tired and thats all #rangeroverlover# #dreamcar# they rock !
Hey! Just wanted to see how it's held up over time! What year & trim was it?
How has it held up?
Drove a RR sport for a week once through work. No not the best reliability once it gets older but oh boy was it nice to drive.
That wouldn't even sell for 2k in the uk with 300k miles, that's insane how it even still running
The rich took very good care of it. Lol it’s not an American car.
I'm not being biased because I'm British but these are the best cars on the planet
I don’t disagree and I’m not British.
i disagree and im british
@@James28R ok
Ok im irish and i just got 1
Range Rover owners have been known to knock back a few beers and keep a count cold in the center console for trips to the grocery store. Bored housewives love those wine cooler chillers.
Just found a 2008 HSE 95,000 miles here in Tampa Fl at a dealer on Gandy Blvd Tampa Bay Prestige $6999.00!! 95K low miles! MINT condition! Nav! So I guess Charleston is a higher market! Same price and 200,000 less miles! Come to Tampa FL if you want a low mile model!
Yeah true lol found one out there in Hollywood Florida 77000 miles for 4500 2006 hse I might go get it all the way from California
2:09 I thought when he closed the door the music would stop. Lol
The bigger Range Rover has the tailgate drops down, all the versions of them has it. Kind of a trademark. The never sport don’t have the split tailgate, from 2010 I believe...
How much for the RRC (Range Rover Classic) in the background, next to the Dodge minivan?!!!
Have a serious love/hate with mine (231K). Love driving it, but hard to find someone to work on it when it breaks and has cost me a small fortune over last years.
about how much do you spend on it for maintenance/mechanic yearly? thinking of buying one but maintenance scares me
Natasha S. 3 or 4 grand on the more expensive years...like last year, but not always. If you have to have work done by Land Rover, you will pay through the nose. If you have a mechanic who can source used parts then you can cut your costs in half. There are some good resources online for parts and message boards for advice. One thing I wish I had done was install coil
over shocks when the air suspension died. Apparently that is a fairly common remedy. Good luck!
@@jimferoce4862 I really hate to say it but I think I change my mind. Going from a japanese affordable reparable vehicle to 3-4K is a lot. Sad bc I dream of rovers nitely...Thanks for all of your info!
Are you serious?
$7,500 for a Range Rover Sport HSE that’s 15 years old with 304k miles? Maybe $7,500 for one that has 100k and is in good condition, with new tires. The headliner is sagging too.
That crack head price he smoking good dope 3000 on a good day homie
I got mine for $7000 cash with 130k miles drives amazing
There's no way I would pay that much with that mileage and had to use a screwdriver to open it
But this sales guy is working hard
The screwdriver was to pop off that cap, the key opened the door
Overpriced but nothing means more to me than an honest car salesman👍
Thanks ScopeKing1994 and yes a bit over priced, but I did finally sell it before I left working there for $7000 cash
I love the music. Can you turn that music way up on the next video? Thank you.
You can tell the salesman absolutely despise this trucks. I see a salesman talking like this about a vehicle he is trying to sell me I would be gone so quick you won't be able to catch my license plate number. Lol
I bet you this didn't sell for anywhere near that price. It's probably still there 😂
people keeps commenting its unreliable but the car have 304,000 miles lol!!!
A car can have a million miles and that wouldn’t make it reliable. Since we’re talking land rovers, more things needs attention and replacing far beyond basic maintenance
I think people just scared of the cost and don’t want to deal with the labor if u don’t have the money to take care of it don’t buy it does not mean it’s a bad car
“Pulls to the left but the roads old” 😂
How good is the 2010 facelift 5.0 sc sport? I love them.
I have the 2010 ivory white with black inside. Beautiful car inside and out
You get that plastic piece off the door lock by inserting the key in the slot underneath. What the hell you doing prising it off with a screwdriver??
Found an 05 range rover for $9995 62k miles. Should i get it???
That's one beautiful vehicle.
any info or warnings on a 2008 ?
i can't be the only one who heard the skydoesminecraft intro when they were opening the car
yep 300k miles no check engine light..
u dam right i would buy it
if i already didnt have one!!!!
Again chad priced a lil high. The Kelley Blue Book price for that style, year, mileage at a used car dealership is $5,100.00 fair price. With a high of $5800.00. Y so high?
That leather works and dealer mark up
25 year old dad of two think of getting this or a Porsche Cheyenne v8 not sure what will cost more to fix when that comes round 😂 i just want a reliable car and not a lemon
18:40 Lol!
7 grand for a 2006, 300k miles is ridiculous!! That’s not worth the money at all
304K MILES!???? YOU PAY ME TO TAKE IT!
It's the end of 2021, it must have 340-350,000 miles on it now.
Wasn't the 1st year of that body style Sport 2006
True 🤣🤣
There’s one for sale 140,000km... 2008.... for 6.500k ... I’m skeptical about getting stuck on the highway that’s the only thing and the price of replacement parts. Ist it a good idea or not?
Definitely not, unless your best friends are mechanics and electricians. This car will spend a lot of time at the workshop
Its nice Over 300k miles
That truck is too expensive for the price. Any one interested in buying a Range Rover sport l320 can get one for $7000 with 140,000 or less. That’s the stealer ship for you!
Whats your thoughts on a Range Rover Sport $7,500 2006 123k miles
Jason Sellers that’s a good price.
2011 151,000 for 8,500??? Should I jump on that?
@@wtf9599 i want one i see a couple with 68k miles but I'm scared LIKE A BITCH TO PULL THE TRIGGER nd its supercharged
Duke told me all I need to know I like big vehicles so I don’t care much for the name but I have a 14 veloster and I hate how low down it is I need a truck or something 😂
You crazy look at the 300,000 mills $2000 for the car 🤣🤣🤣
that on the bigger range rover
I just got 2007 with 113.000 miles for 12k dollars.
Inflation if you looked at that a few years ago or even last year coulda seen em for around 6.5-7k
Is this parody? How could anyone with any experience with selling vehicles believe that thing is worth half of what he’s calling an amazing deal
Someone got ripped off
About 400 for a new key fob
7500 $ !!!!!!!! For what
A money pit
You should keep the camera more on the car instead of yourself at all times
7500$ cheap!!!! Man here where I live 2006/2007 super sport supercharged cost 4200$ and I say still expensive for a 14 years old car
Emirates?
It’s a Range Rover
I have a very unhealthy love for old Rovers and BMWs. I say unhealthy because deep in my heart and brain I know they are completely impractical. They are too much trouble and expense to own and use for a daily driver; therefore I know there is absolutely no reason to buy an older used one for a “full blown” retail price (if you ever change your mind, your money is gone forever). So, yes, anything over $3,500.00 for any old Rover with 300,000 miles is way too much! Shop private sellers, look at the older models, and you’ll get a good deal. There is no reason to own one unless you enjoy and know how to do your own mechanical work ... and you don’t get frustrated doing the same jobs multiple times! If your willing to accept them for what they are, you won’t be disappointed. For everybody else, they make the Lexus!
I have some devils thoughts in my head.. Like maybe get a blown engine range rover and do an engine swap for something reliable? Shit will be amazing to have a daily driver range rover lmaoo add a golden warp and widebody🤤
Its not a rock its a tooth with a filling
How about 230k 2006 for 3500$
$7500 bucks?? umm where? They're still like 18k+ in Ontario
even in alberta u can get 2006 range sports with about 200k km for $10k
DαoG ya same as here actually. I didn’t realize it was a 2006. It’s face lifted so I figured it was the 2010+ model. 06-09 are terrible. Problematic and ugly AF.
@@LandscapeMaster33 my family has always had range rovers and will still have our O6 and never had any major problems out of it. These cars are really only made for the wealthy
All the people who buy these cars brand new sell them before the warranty expires coz they r ckever! Idiots r those who buy them and then do all the major maintenance to keep them.on the road.
I bought one at 8,995 but it only has 100,000so the rover in this video is way over priced
I ended up selling the one in this video for 7500 cash. I'm sure it was worth much less, but the dealership had to start the price high. they can always go down, but can't go up lol. Congrats on finding one with good miles Stacey. I hope your still enjoying it! Chad
If I had an overpriced suv for sale and everyone was calling me out on it I would lie and say I sold it for asking price too haha..It would have to be a TOTAL idiot to pay that price for a 300K mileage Range Rover!!! I'm at my local auction weekly and they did not have much in this Rover..I know it..I can see all the manheim auctions around and what they are selling for..if that guy paid 7500 they did him dry!!
The trunk you are talking about is the Range Rover, not RR Sport
$7500 w 300k I say 4500
Ok7500$
Ok I maybe understand $7500 in perfect condition. But with the scratches and the foggy fog lights? And 300K miles?? No. Way overpriced
Jacob
Foggy fog lights 😂
What a rip off I wouldn’t pay more than 1000 just to have fun with it.....that’s a totaled car
Because it’s a gigantic money pit?
Why u wearing sunglasses if there’s no sun??
RIDICULOUS
cuz its 2004..... lol
That background music is so loud and annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t believe it’s that much it way overpriced
My 2006 look different then this
Are you trying to sell the car because you don’t make it look appealing
That year Range Rover is terrible and not worth buying.
Please how much is 2006 Range Rover HNS
I mean Range Rover 2006 HES how much
Benjamin Amobi I think you screwed it up twice. It’s HSE lol. An who knows. Depends where you’re from.
That music is annoying good bye
Too much noise
terrible video - u shoult move your cam more up and down and side to side at the same time and U shold have more music 3 or 4 songs at the same time....
Ugly wheelz
This car is trash
wonder boy agreed
Found this video. I'm lookin at a 150k one for $2500, and talking the guy down. The repair costs are retarded. Hard to imagine one selling for this much in 2019.
Fun cars to drive, but terrible cars to own. These are made to be leased for 5 years and then crushed and recycled. But the engines have plenty of power and the suspension is good at keep it on the road. Looks rich to poor people, poor to rich people.
p.s. They don't do too terribly good in impact tests compared to other SUV's in their price range.
😂
Have to admit..... kind of come across like an ex-con going to take you for everything you got kind of crook on a 300+ thousand mile luxury suv that’s going to empty you’re savings piece of junk truck. 300+ thousand mile suv. I paid 3500$ for one with 7500 miles and is mint and one dealer serviced. Just how you speak rubbed me the wrong way my dude.
If it’s a peace of junk it wouldn’t be holding up this strong would it? I don’t think American cars last 300+ miles on top of that these cars are only for the rich and middle class people
Dont nobody care about this Dogged out Rover with a million damn miles on it. LOL Dude just junk it. its a beater.
It does have 304,000 miles. That's something to be said. MPG, size and reliability is awful. It's why they depreciate so much. Those wheels don't look as good as the 20" Range Rover 6 spokes. (They look cheap) You can have a 2004 for cheap as all hell with 125,000 miles about. Why a 304,000? Really cheap and ready to go. Test drive a 304,000 mile Lexus. See what horrid shape that's in. Much worse. And I picked the most reliable car. 7,500 for that? Way over priced
If it wasn’t reliable it wouldn’t have made it this far. These cars are made for the wealthy so people who complain about reliability just can’t keep up with the cost of maintaining it
@@edonmorris5664 Don't be the typical human and cherry pick one vehicle and think it's the norm. These are built like garbage. You don't get to take my line. I've said that for many years. Not wealthy though. I've had 3 and I have an amazing amount if money but, I'm not wealthy. You don't know wealth. It's the humans that buy these. They don't maintain them and go over curbs and snow banks because that's what you do in an SUV. .000001 inches of rain and they all come out. They all have to brake. You can't go against physics. I was just staring facts. You just copied what I say about these cats having owned 7 Mercedes. Hmm. I think I remember typing this over a year ago...when I was in the shitter...like now.
