"As of 2015, there still exists 16,000 nuclear warheads in the world." Oh man, but I thought Venom Snake, the real character really infiltrated real bases and captured real nukes and really disarmed them at his real motherbase and that he really made the world go nuke-free for real.
download! only we can unlock this video if all MGS V players have no more nukes, in all world!!! join the philanthropy group, and fight for a non-nuke world where all can see the cutscene.
+reyco1987 First, the condition of triggering it is nigh impossible (zero online nukes) but second it ties into the original Metal Gear games. In it the games story states that all nukes around the world have been disarmed. Meaning this ending shows Venom's contribution to the original story.
I don't know of any time in the MG timeline where there aren't any nukes in the world...But even with that, I don't think this "ending" is profound enough for people to get all entitled about it.
+DustyLynx Keep in mind Venom Snake in conjunction with the Big Boss end up equipping Metal Gear with nuclear warheads. I think the impossible nature of this ending is supposed to imply it's ultimately non-canon, and even if it were, eventually the pursuit to maintain a world free of nukes would wear out Venom and BB to the point that they take matters into their own hands.
+DustyLynx Because in Metal Gear 1 when Solid Snake kills him, he definitely wasn't building his own nuclear equipped Metal Gear. Oh wait. He was and that's why they sent in Solid Snake in the first place.

This is the most beautiful aspect of gaming. It brings people together on one common goal and Kaz's speach about teaching our children not to forge new spears is extremely powerful

Am i the only one impressed by the fact that's the first time that we see venom talks to big boss ? Nobody is mentioning it but damn that's a big clue on venom/big boss relationship. It seems that the real big boss was also against nuclear deterrence at large scale. It would be even more interesting to know what drove venom and BB to create even more metal gears after that...
As of yesterday May 16, 2022, here is the total nuke count: PS3: 164 PS4: 2415 Steam: 12889 On May 31, 2022, servers for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 will be shut down. Only then, will nuclear disarmament will be achieved legitimately for the first time ever on any platform as everything will be erased once the plug gets pulled.
Came here from DYKG; even if the methods were actually not entirely honest as the story showed to be, the achievement and legacy that was made can't be erased from how meaningful it was to many people around the world...and how in the end, cheating against the world and universe itself was the *ONLY* way to actually get there because of Konami having *everything* against any possible odds and making legitimate Peace impossible (or Kojima doing so intentionally on his own as an expression of how true peace can't be achieved, or as a "social experiment" he claimed that it was on Twitter)...
True, but Kojima and Konami fail to understand that the entire gaming community, or rather humanity in general, we're stubborn as fuck and willing to go above and beyond to challenge the Goliaths and prove their system is flawed. Real heroes must be willing to break certain boundaries to achieve the impossible.
"Our duty is to pass on what we've learned to the next generation. The memories, the experiences, the sins. Only when our children show the wisdom not to forge new Spears, only then, will we be triumphant."
As of writing this comment, PS3 has 83 nukes. Ps4 has about 2.5k. Steam has a little under 19k. I think it’s safe to feel justified in watching this, because us PC gamers will never get to reach 0 nukes.

Kinda weird for Miller to sound so triumphant over global nuclear disarmament considering that he and every other major character in the game believes that nuclear deterrence is the closest thing to world peace that will ever come to pass. Israel may be a complete bloodbath in this scenario but hey, no nukes. Hooray.
"There’s something of a big feature involved. It’s never been done in the games industry before. So I can’t go into detail about it, but I think when you experience it for yourselves you’ll be surprised. It’s something that’s only possible through video games.” -Hideo Kojima
This can only happen if over 1,000 people disarm nuclear bombs within approximately 10 seconds of the first one being defused. This is an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT ending to get, and I'm shocked to see it NOT have an achievement like this.

Wait do you start with nukes? I need to know so I can dismantle them
The day we see this ending should become a worldwide holiday.
Yes!!!!!
donbasuradenuevo we almost made it in the beginning of 2016, there were like 80 nukes left on ps4... then it started growing again...
nick vigneron If Konami starts banning the Cheaters..
"As of 2015, there still exists 16,000 nuclear warheads in the world."
Oh man, but I thought Venom Snake, the real character really infiltrated real bases and captured real nukes and really disarmed them at his real motherbase and that he really made the world go nuke-free for real.
+thedredmanable People are idiots. Common sense is not common.
with his balloons that can make things from small animals to fckin NUKES fly
download!
only we can unlock this video if all MGS V players have no more nukes, in all world!!!
join the philanthropy group, and fight for a non-nuke world where all can see the cutscene.
+jomanaitor No one knows this for sure, but I think that's the most likely.
cvc I can't think other way to unlock it.
+jomanaitor How can I join?
You don't get out much do you?
It’s a RUclips comment on a Metal Gear video it’s not that deep.
Downloading this thanks to Torch. Gonna make sure it doesn't die. The ending we deserved.
Whats so "special" about this ending over any of the others? Its not even an ending, kaz is immediately heard talking clearly after those events.
+reyco1987 It appears that the trigger for this ending is that every player online has 0 nukes, among other things.
Hmm, that's an interesting point actually. I could definitely see that crossing Kokima's mind. Also wouldn't surprise me if it was in fact true.
I honestly love this ending so much. The speech, the cutscenes showing peace. It's amazing.
This makes me feel really bad for venom snake. solid snake kills him and in a way, he just wanted to make a better future.
right we need more answers we need chapter 3
+DustyLynx
Keep in mind Venom Snake in conjunction with the Big Boss end up equipping Metal Gear with nuclear warheads. I think the impossible nature of this ending is supposed to imply it's ultimately non-canon, and even if it were, eventually the pursuit to maintain a world free of nukes would wear out Venom and BB to the point that they take matters into their own hands.
+Akkere Zamakia nah I'm pretty sure metal gear TX 55 and D didn't get warheads, but zeke, Rex, gander, Ray, etc had them
The MGS wikia confirms TX-55 was armed with 2 nuclear ICBMS, and Metal Gear D was armed with 6 short-to-medium-range nuclear missiles
+DustyLynx Because in Metal Gear 1 when Solid Snake kills him, he definitely wasn't building his own nuclear equipped Metal Gear. Oh wait. He was and that's why they sent in Solid Snake in the first place.
"A new era is upon us. Even the lesson of victory itself brings with it profound concern, both for our future security and the survival of civilization. The destructiveness of the war potential, through progressive advances in scientific discovery, has in fact now reached a point which revises the traditional concepts of war."
-Gen. Douglas MacArthur
Saw that konami is taking these videos down. Gonna download this so that there is a mirror.

YOU CANNOT UNSEE THIS NOW, KONAMI
This is the most beautiful aspect of gaming. It brings people together on one common goal and Kaz's speach about teaching our children not to forge new spears is extremely powerful
Was surprised this triggered a few days ago. Was definitely touching, even for a new fan like myself.
Every one watch this cutscene now, cause your never going to ever see it in your own game.
Grehn I seen it in my own game actually, then I came here
yeah I got it just now to
Saw it here too
pretty sure the ending credits when he spoke (venom snake) was the most he has said in the entire game.
i think its naked snake talking to tge boss's grave about venoms achievement i think.
It’s naked snake, not venom snake
Obama is now cemented in Metal Gear Solid 5, let's just take that in everybody.
+Ian Ferguson I can't tell if you're happy or sad about it.
+The Cheesinator it's not something to be happy about
Branden Black Obama's fine. I don't worship the guy, but he didn't make things worse.
It's just funny to me.
Thanks Obama.
***** So now we're blaming Obama for all for the nukes the planet has?
It is really funny, though.
I don't think we, as a species, deserve to see this ending.
This is the most Hideo Kojima thing I’ve ever heard of: a cutscene that requires all players worldwide to meet a certain goal.
*1 nuke is made on ps4*
9 different people attempt to steal it
Because that’s what heroes are for we take them and get rid of them so there will be no threat to humankind
I want sunglasses like Kazuhira.
Javelin mgsv-jfrey.com/en/uv-collection/10-kaz-gear.html
aerea The link is dead, but at least I know what type they are and who I could get 'em from. Thanks anyway.
People keep complaining about the missing chapter3 without realizing the point of it . Kojima wanted to connect players through the disarming feature to show them that peace will never be achievable. That's why chapter was never made
Watch this with good headphones, the birds at 1:27 actually sounds like they’re above you. The sound design is nice
Man. If only this could happen in real life.
Kojima: plz no nuke thank u!
Russia: hahaha no
@@DarshanBhambhani kojima did all he could, I’m super glad he helped spread the message. Putin is a mad man for what he’s doing and what he COULD do to the world!
@@Gadget-Walkmen jesse what the fuck are you talking about?
@@bigfloppa1379 LOL What? What are YOU talking about? I'm talking about having all nukes end off as EVERYONE should advocate here, that should be a simple enough message to understand and not let this mad man putin start something that can wipe us all out, which you clearly don't get at all.
I like how this heartfelt 8 minutes is ended with "Boss it looks like someone has developed nukes again"
xD
*cutscene ends* ... "BOSS IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE DEVELOPED NUKES AGAIN"
This hurts deeper than it should, I've learned so much from this game.
Thanks Kojima. :)
I wish in our lifetime we would actually see a world without nukes... not in a video game, but in the real world.
That'd probably reignite conventional war between great powers
as of 28th May 2022 i just got this cutscene on my ps3 after finishing random side ops mission. I have no idea how that happend
"I haven't forgotten what you told me boss"
Uh
What?
WHAT?????????
BUT THAT WASN'T YOU!
+Skelerax He knows, 46 skips in time. The mirror sequence changes from diamond dogs to outer heaven mid scene. Take a walk around mother base. Staff will now say "I don't care who you really are boss". also venom has the truth tapes.
And whether he knows or not, his "amnesia" is actually just the things he can't remember BECAUSE THEY WERENT HIS ACTIONS. Venom did not know The Boss.
+chiffmonkey I think he is talking about the real Big Boss, not The Boss.
+chiffmonkey He has the memories from the real Big Boss. If ou pay attention in the game, he also remembers things from peace walker!!
+Fede No he doesn't, those memories are from simply being one of the founding members of MSF.
The medic was a founding member? If you believe a guy can be hypnotised into thinking he is another man, then why not believe he also has transplanted memories??. (Remember, this is the same franchise were a guy could shoot lightning from his hand for no aparent reason...)
Am i the only one impressed by the fact that's the first time that we see venom talks to big boss ?
Nobody is mentioning it but damn that's a big clue on venom/big boss relationship.
It seems that the real big boss was also against nuclear deterrence at large scale.
It would be even more interesting to know what drove venom and BB to create even more metal gears after that...
its talking about boss from mgs3 and snakes relationship with her
As of yesterday May 16, 2022, here is the total nuke count:
PS3: 164
PS4: 2415
Steam: 12889
On May 31, 2022, servers for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 will be shut down. Only then, will nuclear disarmament will be achieved legitimately for the first time ever on any platform as everything will be erased once the plug gets pulled.
the last 10 seconds
“someone made another nuke”
*well shit.*
When you’re the new big boss, and you still call your true leader boss
when i saw this when playing mgsv online i was amazed of how a man like hideo kojima got fired
Kaz's speech is actually super relevant now with all the nukes we're threatening each other with nowadays.
"Our duty is to pass on what we've learned to the next generation. The memories, the experiences, the sins. Only when our children show the wisdom not to forge new Spears, only then, will we be triumphant."
I’m over here building a nuke to disarm it for the trophies.
dat ending... venom talking to big boss?
i think it was naked talking to the boss's grave about venoms achievement
Big Boss talking about his mentor (Boss). It's not related with Venom Snake.
Honestly this cutscene just sort of happened to me randomly and I wasn't even aware that this is apparently, like, rare
As of writing this comment, PS3 has 83 nukes. Ps4 has about 2.5k. Steam has a little under 19k. I think it’s safe to feel justified in watching this, because us PC gamers will never get to reach 0 nukes.
HOW DID I GET THE CUT SCENE THEN?
@@maxpowell728 it was probably triggered by a cheater. its a false alarm
-Total Nuclear Weapons: 0
-Altered Human Subjects with psychokinetik habilities incluiding control giant prototype weapons, disrupt kinetic attacks and potentially invulnerable even if organic body gets killed: 1
Big Boss: Hey, priorities one by one... there is no need for rush...
Theres child soldiers in this cutscene...
Ok....what's your point
+SpazticzGamer they all left during the course of the story
They figured out that chapter 51 was cut, so they immediately went back to Mother Base.
Kony is the one leading mother base
+Maverick D. Quiet is also in i if you still use her. Apparently on multiple wikis snake goes back to the ruins to retrieve her and sees she's a symptomatic. So if I had to guess this is after what would have been chapter.
It's funny how nuclear disarmament results in a buildup of conventional weapons.
Kinda weird for Miller to sound so triumphant over global nuclear disarmament considering that he and every other major character in the game believes that nuclear deterrence is the closest thing to world peace that will ever come to pass. Israel may be a complete bloodbath in this scenario but hey, no nukes. Hooray.
+DoctorSmashman makes you realise how unfinished mgs5 is if you think about it..
"There’s something of a big feature involved. It’s never been done in the games industry before. So I can’t go into detail about it, but I think when you experience it for yourselves you’ll be surprised. It’s something that’s only possible through video games.” -Hideo Kojima
I bet when people get this cutscene that within 24 hrs of every Nuke gone, the Nukes will start popping up again. xP
"Another mission, right Boss?"
Indeed.
Man i wish mgs v had as many cut scenes as mgs4
This can only happen if over 1,000 people disarm nuclear bombs within approximately 10 seconds of the first one being defused. This is an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT ending to get, and I'm shocked to see it NOT have an achievement like this.
Strange in 2019 on PS4 this cutscene trigger.
Thank you for making this publically available
As of January 21, 2021, the UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) has entered into force, international. We have made a step forward.
Lmao if you think that countries will pay any attention to the spineless UN your hilarious
@@TheInfantry98let him believe the Zionist propaganda
I like to imagine that the speech is something either Venom or Big Boss say to themselves before Outer Heaven explodes.
The kaz's speech and the birds remained me the MGS 2 ending
+hunterbiker1 including some of the nice imagery from mgs4's ending :-)
The fact that the kids are still there makes this feel like it wasn't fully implemented into the game.
Does anyone realize kojima is trying to save the world
Amazingly, this happened around a year ago on Xbox. Logged on and got greeted with this.
Here after seeing it in person. Nice work everyone 👍
Boss's flowers on the grave (the ones she died on) hits SUPER HARD. Her mission, was finally a success.
Total nuclear disarnament...for five minutes
Not anymore baby nobody’s on so it’s nuke free on ps4
Holy crap that was so cool! Thank Kojima for an awesome game!
Peeps if we get rid of all the nukes on everyones FOBS, then you will unlock this cutscene, look it up. Come on lets do this, plus look at all the heroism you get at the end! Im on xbox 360 -warriorzac100 and xbox 360 is the closest so far. What ever console your on, team up and destroy the nukes and you can unlock this!
Right, so a couple hours after I watched this, I decided to play some MGSV myself. After completing a side op or two, after I got back into the chopper, one of the "Boss, come back to base" cut scenes played. It was this one. That was one of the biggest coincidences I have ever had happen to me.
Venon snake is a better Big Boss than Naked snake ever was, in any conditions. The truly Big Boss. here's to you Venon Snake, we salute you! The real BB is just a coward that left his conrades behind to save his own life.
If only complete nuclear disarmament was possible in real life
Beautiful, just beautiful
exactly my thoughts. konami put up a post on how to achieve this, but with the focus of the online wormhole thing, your nuke will probably get jacked before you get to see this.
