Well what can you do Rachel, these things happen. Knew it had to be some kind of glitch as your always dependable. Fun look at your studio. It’s my last day volunteering at kids camp at my church. I’m pretty tired from the week. But I’ll need some pilates later to get out the kink’s. ❤️

Not to worry Rachel - I did another of your 20 minute routines instead. Your recording set-up looks just like mine did when I was teaching sewing online during Covid lockdown (no reformer in the corner though, bur several sewing machines!) X

I will sort that over the weekend. I did a lovely mini ball video you have such a choice for everyone’s needs. Loved having a peek ‘behind the scenes’. I still have a lot of Vital Reds and I noticed that a lot of the same ingredients are in MCT Wellness blend. I don't think I should take both at the same time so wondering if you have your quality MCT by itself to take until I am done with the Vital Reds...
