Homemade Kikiam Quekiam Recipe | OFW Cooking
With the current SEA Games Kikiam (Quekiam) fiasco it has piqued (yet again) my interest in cooking this beloved Filipino street food. The ones that you can buy from manong vendor is different from this one because here I use Bean Curd Sheet to wrap the Kikiam mixture.

If you're in the Philippines, meron sa SM at Robinson's grocery store. Or any Asian/Chinese store abroad. Sometimes its called Tau'pe or Soybean Sheets/Crepes. If this is not available then you can use Rice Paper, the one used to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Just moisten with water and then wrap your Kikiam mix. Hope that helps.
