- Aside from our usual kikiam, you’d surely love and crave this classic Chinese sausage made #simpol for you to recreate at home! Perfect din ito pang negosyo, Ka-simpol! Try mo na 😋
Ingredients
SET A (Meat mixture)
½ kilo ground pork, with 20% fat
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Chinese five-spice powder
1 egg
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup shrimp, peeled, deveined and minced
Set B (Vegetables)
½ cup carrot, diced
1 cup radish, diced
2 pieces shiitake mushroom, soaked in water and diced
1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped
Set C
3 pieces bean curd sheets or tofu skin
Slurry (cornstarch and water)
Canola oil, for frying
Set D (Sauce)
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon banana ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or sesame oil

Favorite po namin yan nun bata kami dekada 80 pa po yan . Sa farmers market po bumibili ang nanay namin nyan sa cubao. Wala na po ngyon .. sobra ng crave po ako dyn. Thank you at nabuhay ang original na kikiam chinese style gusto ko po dyan pag priniprito yon balat kakaiba at may masarap na sauce.

Pwede dagdagan white pepper, cinnamon at kaunting sesami oil to taste, pwede din grated ang carrots at radish. Kung walang radish at mura ang singkamas ay pwede ito ang panghalili sa radish. Yummy kikiam mo Chef.
