In Restaurant we mix with tapioca starch and littke flour fir extender . But if you will cook for home you can do it the sane recipe.

So steaming it prior to frying is no longer necessary? Because I have seen other people prepare this by steaming first before frying
I actually find the kikiam more flavorful when you fry directly without steaming.

Yung itlog po pang bind ng meat para d madurog tapos yung mushroom po masarap pag meron add to the flavor of the meat.
