I love these, thank you! I was surprised at the prompt to write about negative experiences because of the whole "positive vibes only" concept, but reflecting on non-positive experiences is really where we learn and grow so it's nice to see that included. Looking forward to the follow up vids!
These prompts are EXCELLENT for reflection! Thank you so much for this video. Like Bite-sized Beet said, "positive vibes only" can force us to not focus on the negatives, although that's truly not realistic (toxic positivity IS a thing, and it's *exhausting* - I know from experience!). This reflection exercise is also going to be a great way to use up the last couple dozen pages in my Q4 bujo from this year so I'm excited to look back and see how far I've progressed over these past 12 months. Thank you!
