Moral of the story: If you want to get out of taking a final, wear a fur outfit.

Lolol as a furry in high school I never even, hinted, suggested, or told anyone I was a furry. Because of the image they have. There was this girl in my science class who was the EXACT OPPOSITE. (and in every seating arrangement I had to sit beside her because the teacher knew I was tolerant and wouldn't bully her.) But like OH GOD. She was like 400 lbs. Always smelled like pee, always wore a cape and a wolf tail that looked like it wasn't washed since the 1990's, and wore foam ears she made herself that looked AWFUL. And I am sorry, and truly understand why you normal folks are TOTALLY uncomfortable with furries.
Lol my normal friends would sometimes tease me about my "Weird furry shit" and every time I am like "If I was a weird furry you wouldn't be friends with me."
The problem with furries is they take "being yourself" to this extreme that. Isn't good for them. They see being yourself as ignoring all and any criticism, don't let people change the way you live your life. While I always looked at criticism as information on how I make others feel. For example in Grade 9 I used to like never shower and I was a greasy little shit. Then a few kids in my Phys-ed class told me. "Kid you smell you like shit take a shower." So I said "Alright, I will." and ever since then I've kept up with my hygiene and I didn't become, "That greasy smelly kid" because that greasy smelly kid isn't who I want to be. I then they stopped having problems with me, and I made friends with those kids.
I'm actually kind of glad that most of the people in my school are just generally accpting. I remember some dudes in my class found my (very shameful) furry crushes list. And all they said was ''Well, I'd rather have sex with a girl instead of a plush, but you do you dude.'' I still laugh at their comment
I don’t really see what’s wrong with drawing humanoid animals. I think the thing with people wearing fursuits going out in public is a bit... weird... but if they want to do that, then sure. Do whatever ya want, I guess.
The furry suit thing in public is weird yes, and should probably only be done with groups of friends (of other furries), but the main problem with the fandom (from what i can tell) is the tremendous amount of gay porn they draw. (find this out for yourself by juts going to e621 and clicking search with nothing in it, then click on popular and cast your eyes on multiple gay/trans/vore/other images) altho not all of its gay
I completely understand NOT understanding furries, but you did kind of give them the benefit of the doubt and definitely didn't bash them as hard as you could have. Thank you.

Lolol as a furry in high school I never even, hinted, suggested, or told anyone I was a furry. Because of the image they have. There was this girl in my science class who was the EXACT OPPOSITE. (and in every seating arrangement I had to sit beside her because the teacher knew I was tolerant and wouldn't bully her.)
But like OH GOD. She was like 400 lbs. Always smelled like pee, always wore a cape and a wolf tail that looked like it wasn't washed since the 1990's, and wore foam ears she made herself that looked AWFUL.
And I am sorry, and truly understand why you normal folks are TOTALLY uncomfortable with furries.

The problem with furries is they take "being yourself" to this extreme that. Isn't good for them.
They see being yourself as ignoring all and any criticism, don't let people change the way you live your life. While I always looked at criticism as information on how I make others feel. For example in Grade 9 I used to like never shower and I was a greasy little shit. Then a few kids in my Phys-ed class told me. "Kid you smell you like shit take a shower." So I said "Alright, I will." and ever since then I've kept up with my hygiene and I didn't become, "That greasy smelly kid" because that greasy smelly kid isn't who I want to be. I then they stopped having problems with me, and I made friends with those kids.
I'm actually kind of glad that most of the people in my school are just generally accpting. I remember some dudes in my class found my (very shameful) furry crushes list. And all they said was ''Well, I'd rather have sex with a girl instead of a plush, but you do you dude.'' I still laugh at their comment

The furry suit thing in public is weird yes, and should probably only be done with groups of friends (of other furries), but the main problem with the fandom (from what i can tell) is the tremendous amount of gay porn they draw.
